I called for a refund because this place was way to far for me to keep traveling to. The girl I talked to took down my info. I was told that a manager would call me back the next day. I had to call back instead and found out I was talking to the manager who was suppose to call me back. She tried to convince me to let her find another town I could to go to– after I said I was not coming back to ilkb because of how far it was. I told her the email said 100% guarantee refund. I told her I just want my refund and she said she’ll email corporate and hung up on me. When I asked for my refund the manager asked me why? She asked me if I need my refund. I spent 29.99 on the 5 class trial. It wasn’t for me and want a refund obviously. I was still hassled about why I needed the refund.

It’s 2015 and this place doesn’t let you book classes online. To find out what the schedule is(and it’s not great, no classes before 7am) you have to enter your email address on their website(which automatically signs you up for their spammy newsletter) just to see it. Then when you want to book a class you have to call, and half the times I’ve tried, it’s rang through to someone’s cell phone, and then they have to call me back at a later date just to schedule. Seriously annoying. Once you do schedule, they harass you via phone — for a Monday class they called me at 8 am on Sunday to remind me, then texted twice more before the class. Oh and you have to show up early to your first class so they can give you the hard sell on the packages they sell… Followed by asking you to stay after class so they can continue trying to sell you on their deals. Studio is okay but super overheated.
