Worst haircut ever! Guys keep talking, yelling and screaming in Creol as if they are walking in Haiti. No focus on cutting the customer’s hair. The guy kept giving hi-5s to all the fellow cutters & Co through out the hair cut and kept forgetting my instructions. Used clippers when I insisted on scissors. And when I asked him why so, he said — «Same Theeng» Then kept using clippers on MYFACE! They’ll treat your hair uptop, beard and facial hair, just like their lawns! Horrible experience, will not go there EVER!

Very bad experience here today. I went in for a haircut and I walked in to a barrage of foreign language and confusion. Apparently the culture is Haitian and everyone spoke Haitian Creole. This wasn’t a problem, I just feel as a customer, a new one at that, I should feel welcomed and not as an ‘outsider’. Anyway, I got my haircut and it was horrible. I asked for a fade and I couldn’t barely tell if it was a fade or if he just made my sides bald. Beyond this, my barber, the one with the super long dreads and whose seat is 3rd from the back on the left, pushed my hairline back. I’ll pause on that one. First of all, I’m a female with a fade. A pushed hairline is at no measure attractive or my goal when I walked in here today. It was even worse because this barbershop is on my daily route to class and I looked forward to trying it out. Now I have to wait a month for my hair to grow back and be reminded everyday on my way to school of the horrible experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I watched the other barbers work as well and their finishes were mediocre. I came from Atlanta, Georgia and I have to say I truly miss my barber. The Massachusetts barbers are not skilled. I have not had a positive experience since I arrived in September.
