I had a perfectly reasonable visit with the doctor.
My problems came when I was supposed to be contacted to be scheduled for a sleep study, and I had to call the office THREE times to remind them. They claim this is due to insurance. I want to know why they could not be bothered to follow up.
My most serious complaint is that I was told that I could not have a copy of my medical report unless I came into the office to meet with one of their doctors. THIS IS ILLEGAL.
When I found that out by accident, and called them to complain, I was not very impressed with their response. They did pull a doctor out to talk to me — to give me information I mostly already knew — but when I told them why I was pissed, that one of their employees had broken the law, I got minimal response on that.
For that reason, I am STRONGLY recommending you go elsewhere for your medical needs.
