The Good: None The Bad: if I could give zero stars I would. I was attending an educational function at the hotel across the street so I thought I would walk over for lunch. I walked in and the restaurant was not crowded with several empty seats and they did seat me propels. I was dinning alone and despite the availability of several smaller tanks, they seated me at a table for four. It took more then ten minutes of my server to take my order, including my drink order. I ordered the lunch portion of Kung Pau chicken and edamame. Twenty additional minutes went by without anything coming out or my server checking on me. At that point. Thirty minutes after I sat down, I found my server and asked when my food would be out as it has been a half hour(remember this is the lunch time) and I had to leave soon. He said he would check and he walked away, and then back out with another table food, ignoring me. Then, he waited on another table and then he came over and explained that my meal would be out shortly. At this point, it’s 40 minutes since I sat down. I explained that if it wasn’t out in three minutes I would have to leave because I had to g back for an appointment. The manager came out and offered me the meal for free but said that it would still be a while longer because the kitchen was backed up!!! I told him that I didn’t want a free meal that I didn’t have time to eat and 45 minutes after sitting down for lunch, I left without eating!!!

I don’t know why this restaurant is getting 3 stars. It’s absolutely good in my view. My boyfriend love the BASS most, which is tender and juicy. Try it out if you are here. The services is great too. The waiters are nice and fun.

Delicious. Ask for more sauce with the spicy Chang’s chicken, the sauce is amazing and the more you have, the better the dish is!

I have to pf changs before and loved it. This experience was much different it took 20 mins to get my drink in a mostly empty place recived my appetizers before my drink came when it finally came it was wrong but no ever checked on us so by the end of my dinner when finally checked on I got the right drink but my waitress took my order and brought the check never saw her again. While the food was good I wad pretty upset and didn’t have a good time.

I’ve never been to a PF Changs in my life until… this past August… when I went to pick up food for an appreciation dinner for my co-workers because my manager decided that THIS was the place. I don’t like fake asian food… but this is pretty good americanized asian. We got the lobster fried rice $ 17 which the BF and i really liked. and the chicken lettuce wraps $ 10 mm. My friend’s garlic noodles were good. just add that spicy sauce that they make… they did what they used to and mixed 3 sauces in front of us which i really liked! Very good that they check up a lot… our server was very nice. I’ve been to the PF Changs in copley and they are just okay. this location is better i feel.

Couldn’t figure out what i wanted for dinner, though saw that this PF Chang’s was just around the corner. I haven’t been in years, so I thought i’d give it another try. I went in and ordered the crispy honey shrimp as take-out. Not too long after, my order arrives. Although pleasantly surprised by how fast that was, that’s where it ends. I get back to my place, open the bag, and note the fairly small container of rice, about the size of a fist. Eh, whatever. I open up the container and find it less than half full. Really? Plus, the shrimp wasn’t crispy, and the rice noodles were chewy. I could have found much better options for half the price in the food court in Cambridgeside Galleria. I won’t be returning.

My family and I had lunch at PF Chang’s in Cambridgeside Galleria today. We shared 3 appetizers and 3 entrees. For appetizers, we ordered the Chang’s Lettuce Wraps with Chicken, Chang’s Northern Style Spare Ribs, and Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings. The Chicken Lettuce Wraps consisted of a ½ head of crispy lettuce and stir fry consisting of chicken, mushrooms, green onions, and water chestnuts in a sweet hoisin sauce over a bed of crispy vermicelli noodles. It came with a spicy sauce which most of us didn’t use. The Northern Style Spare Ribs consisted of four pieces of beef spare ribs brushed with five spices and stack amongst each other. The Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings consisted of six dumplings filled with shrimp, chive, and bamboo. We expected the sauce to be on the side but it was drizzled on the dumplings and had to ask for a replacement since some of us couldn’t intake spicy food. The Shanghai Waldorf Salad consisted of fresh chopped kale, cabbage, crisp apples, grapes, celery, grape tomatoes, and candied walnuts tossed in a miso lime vinaigrette. There was no mentioning of spices in this dressing but it was way to spicy for me. The Mongolian Beef consisted of 12oz sliced flank steak wok seared with scallions and garlic in a sweet soy glaze. The Ginger Chicken with Broccoli consisted of tender slices of chicken breast wok tossed with ginger and green onions and served with steamed broccoli. The sweet ginger sauce went well on the white rice we got.

Came here for a fundraiser for their chef(from what tragically happened the previous week). I have to say the staff here is very awesome. Our waiter was super nice and fast with out requests judging there’s over 20 of us. The three star is for the underwhelming food. I had the beef Sichuan and it was mostly celery and felt like I was eating beef jerky. Although flavor was not had, it’s just not worth how much you pay for the food. Although I didn’t exactly come here for the greatest Asian food so we still had a great dinning experience. It would be better if the restaurant wasn’t that cold. We were all freezing and felt like the food cooled down in minutes after they got there.

Customer service is always good, but today I saw only 1⁄3 of occupancy and ordered a Pad Thai and the food came out after 35 minutes and the waiter pretended as nothing happened until I brought the issue up. They first said the place was busy as an excuse then quickly apologized and gave a 50% discount on the food. Other than that, food is always great and the place is kept clean all time. Would go back again.

Went there on a weekday, and waited for about 15 minutes in the front while other employees casually looked up as I stood there. The employee who was supposed to be at the front finally comes out and apologizes for keeping me waiting. I get it, things happen, but someone should have covered down or at least informed me. The meal was good nevertheless, and my waiter was awesome. I would have given zero stars but the service afterwards saved the day. 5 stars for the waiter

Food was good. Service was abysmal. Had to ask 4WAITERSFORSOYSAUCETOGOWITHOUR SUSHI !!! We were there after the lunch rush(small crowd) and they rushed to give us the bill but took another 15 minutes to bring it back.

P.F. Changs is P.F. Changs. You like it or you don’t. But these five stars are for Israel the Manager, who was attentive, helpful and overall awesome. So much so that I felt compelled to review a P.F. Changs. Thanks Israel!

This review is based on a foodler delivery — I ordered a 6 piece pork dumpling(which was $ 10 by the way) and received 4 shrimp dumplings… I HATE shrimp and 10 dollars for 4 dumplings? Are we joking? My husband received a $ 20 chicken dish which came with so little chicken that there was only one layer of chicken(each piece could have rested comfortably on the bottom of the standard takeout tray without touching any other piece of chicken) no rice, no veggies, nothing else except some stray chicken. Needless to say, we will NOT give our business to this joke of a restaurant again.

I had an intense craving for Chinese. A year ago I had their lunch version of King Pao Scallops and it was so delicious so I decided to try it again. Their customer service is excellent! Our waitress was a darling and was extremely accommodating. I had asked for a dish they apparently got rid of and they were able to make it for me. The only downfall of this visit was the food was too salty — perhaps it was the sauce but it just didn’t sit well after. Other than that, I mean it’s over all delicious and I would definitely come back!

I have always heard about P.F. Chang’s, but being from NYC and not having a license forbade me from driving out to one of the locations in the Greater New York area. A friend of mine promised that he would feed us P.F. Chang’s if we helped him move, and I was SOLD. I had wanted beef fried rice for over a month and went in knowing that this was going to order. For an appetizer, we all shared the chicken lettuce wrap. I don’t know how I never knew these things existed, but it is perhaps the best chicken anything that I had in a while(aside from my dad’s chicken empanadas, of course). After I left the restaurant, I was fully committed to writing a five star review for what was, admittedly, excellent service, and great food. The waiter joked with us about where we had just graduated from and let us know he had recently graduated from the Cordon Bleu. He was an awesomely charismatic person, who recommended dishes to us, joked around, and gave us some«insider secrets» about stuff at P.F. Chang’s. The food was great, and I had enough to box and take home with me for dinner since the portion was HUGE. At this point, I understand that my 2-star review may not make a lot of sense, since I had an overwhelmingly positive experience at the restaurant. Unfortunately, I got severe food poisoning from the beef fried rice — and ate it twice in one day, which was perhaps not the best idea — which led to me being up until 3 in the morning and drinking tons of water to avoid dehydration. I wanted to go back. I really did… but I was so uncomfortable for so many hours afterwards, I don’t think I ever can. From my understanding — neither one of my friends got food poisoning from what they ate(none had the beef fried rice either), so I assume it was my entrée.

Yummy! Needed a snack after a long flight to Boston. The staff were attentive! The food was outstanding as usual at P.F.Changs! We appreciated the quiet atmosphere after a long trip! The spicy shrimp was memorable!

…lets see… this was my 1st visit to pf changs and I wasn’t impressed. The rave about the chicken lettuce wraps is why I went, but honestly they were nothing to write home about. I ordered the chicken lo mein and it LOOKED absolutely delicious, but it tatsed like pure mush. Never in my life have I had lo mein so ugh. I really don’t know how else to describe it. I picked through for the chicken because that was the only edible part of the meal. No return for me.

*My last review for 2014* We came to PF Chang’s for my mom’s bday, after going to about 3 other restaurants with long wait times. I honestly couldn’t believe how many folks were out last night and in restaurants. But I guess it was the night before NYE so that’s probably why. Spicy Hunan fish. I only had a small bite because sometimes I’m not in the mood for fish, but since I would be writing this review I figured that I should give it a try. I thought it was pretty good. To me it had a very fishy taste, yes I know its fish, but it was good with the spices. Coconut curry veggies– So… friggin’…good. I love coconut mixed with anything, so I was quite pleased. It came with tofu, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, bok choy, red peppers and peanuts. The veggies were fresh and a good size. I can’t stand ordering a dish with pieces of food that are bigger than my mouth, and I have a big mouth, but I guess that’s why there was the invention of the knife. MAPO tofu– Spicy garlic-red chili sauce with crispy tofu mixed with steamed broccoli. This was a tasty dish too. I would consider myself a tofu whore(I’ve had my fair share), and this is good tofu. The red chili sauce adds perfect flavor. Garlic Noodles– Egg noodles tossed with garlic and chili pepper flakes. Really good. They are served in a bed of shredded cucumbers that help cut some of the spicy flavor and add a slight crispiness. That’s all we ordered this time. We don’t eat red meat or pork, and I don’t eat chicken, so I thought that the menu had plenty of vegetarian options which I respected. Well folks. I hope this review finds you in good spirits and slight hunger. Happy New Year to all! Other notes: –Great Happy Hour –All of the above dishes(except the garlic noodles) come with either white or brown rice. –The portions were plentiful for two people and enough for next day lunch or dinner. –Parking in the garage is validated– make sure you bring your ticket with you. –If you are calling and ordering takeout, they will give you an exact time pick up time.

Very dark interior, terrible service, overall not a great experience. There were a few great food items, such as the lettuce chicken wraps — but I’ve seen everything from the menu at a cheaper, local Asian restaurant without having to pay for the overhead. The drinks were pretty good(vodka cranberry), and my inebriation helped with the overall dissatisfaction with my meal.

I took some of my customers to lunch today and was appalled by what I observed to be a complete systemic failure. If I ran your brand I would shut down the Cambridge, MA location TODAY for a complete staff re-tool. And I would fire the guy who was the MOD. He was ineffectual and absent. The boot. Upon entering right around 12:30 the restaurant was half empty, I was surprised, then I quickly figured out why. There was a table with a couple of mothers dining with their high-chair aged children. While I contend that it is absolutely bad-form for a parent to let the«baby-debris» fall where it may and then leave the mess for service staff to clean up(that’s what happened) it is far worse for the entire staff of a restaurant to ignore the mess and not bus the table for almost an hour after the party left. I sat and looked at that filthy table, and another next to us for an hour. The manager and the staff lacked any pride in their work. Zero sense of urgency could be detected, and no one seemed to know how to run or operate a retail restaurant. At one point, and this was the only time we saw the manager, the manager ran a tray of food from the kitchen to a table next to the empty and filthy baby– debris table, unloaded the tray, then took an empty tray back into the kitchen. The table remained unbussed for our entire visit. I witnessed one table get up with their check to pay and another simply get up and leave after waiting for 10 minutes to see a server. The use if table numbers and/or seating positions seemed to be a lost concept. Every dish that came out, the runner had to ask«who had the soup, who had the water?» One of my guests ordered a glass of wine, only to learn that it had been 86’d. The waiter was unable to suggest an alternative, so he selected something else. The rest of our table’s wine arrived and we waited for the 4th before we could enjoy. The replacement wine came 30 minutes later. After our entrees, I know this because I asked the runner about the wine and he didn’t seem to comprehend what I was asking. And If you didn’t catch that, our entrée ticket time was more than 25 minutes. Food Quality: Egg Soup was brown and inedible. Gelatinous and not unlike aspic. Beef Sichuan– less than 1 – 2 oz of beef. All celery and carrot. Served with brown rice, we ordered white. Orange Chicken– served with white rice, we ordered brown. Dessert no thank you. We were done. Because I was there with customers it would have been bad form to say a word but I could tell they were unimpressed. Your restaurant made me and my efforts look bad, but at least I’ll have another shot with my people. This location will not have another shot at my business. All that said, the Burbank, CA location is my home location. I have never had anything but terrific food and service there.
