Patti Brainard

Patti Brainard was my rental agent/​manager for 5 years, overseeing the management of my condo in East Cambridge. As a landlord who resides overseas and visits Boston only twice a year, I relied on Patti for every detail of property management, from finding and securing reliable tenants, to maintenance and repairs during change of tenancy.
With her responsiveness, attention to detail, and concern for her clients, Patti has made leasing my property a non-​issue, and always highly satisfactory to me and to my tenants.
When it’s time to sell or buy in Cambridge, I will mostly certainly enlist Patti.​Her knowledge, ethics, and spirit make her top-​tier, and a great asset to anyone looking at property in the area.

I have worked with Patti and her team during four transactions – twice as a buyer of real estate and twice as a seller. Two of these transactions took place during a real estate boom and two of these transactions took place when it was almost impossible to sell a piece of real estate or get financing to buy a piece of property. The fact that we were satisfied at the conclusion of each of these four real estate transactions is a testament to Patti’s amazing availability and willingness to keep us informed about the process, her breadth of knowledge of real estate in a variety of financial climates and her ability to work with a number of personalities all with his or her own agenda in the purchase or sale of a property. Selling or buying real estate is not for the faint of heart. I can honestly say that Patti’s calm presence made the process as stress-​free as possible. I recommend her routinely to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Cambridge/​greater Cambridge area.

I’m a fan of Marple Mgt. and Patti. My findings are that she’s a money saver and fair with business dealings. These are qualities that you need with property management and in real estate in general.
