Quality Inn

Super clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. The only caveat is that it’s Memorial Day weekend and the pool isn’t open at 80 degrees. Also, the bathroom fixtures are slightly run down, but that’s not really an issue IMHO.

I am traveling cross country with two dogs. The little things matter. I was very pleasantly surprised. Grounds were beautifully groomed and free of dog mess. Waste receptacles everywhere. Room was spotlessly clean. The big difference was the staff. In stead of being treated like a passing stranger I was treated like an honored guest. This is was the hospitality business is all about. They went out of there way. Checkin was quick, efficient. Offers were made to help with my luggage. The manager escorted my dinner delivery to my room. Well done Quality Inn. Your people got it all right!

I spent one night here on and definitely enjoyed my stay. The hotel is close to the interstate and is situated up on the hill, close to multiple restaurants and retail stores. Check in was fast and the staff was attentive and helpful. I booked a room with two beds and was pleasantly impressed. The room was updated, had comfy beds, and also had a fridge and microwave. The grounds are well maintained and the pool looked clean although I didn’t use it.
While the room was clean for the most part, the only issue I found was the carpets are pretty dirty (although they look clean). A few minutes of walking around with no shoes left me with dirty feet. I would definitely stay here again though, but would wear my shoes next time.

A very nice hotel and a good price. The check-​in was pleasant and efficient. The rooms are newly renovated and clean. The bed was comfortable. The HVAC unit was brand-​new and working properly. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The high-​speed Wi-​Fi Internet was exactly that. Guest laundry is available. The pool looked nice. It was too cool for us to use during our visit. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Booked a room last minute on a road trip. Room with full bed was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included was regular ‘continental breakfast’. Dog friendly too. Short drive from historic downtown Cambridge restaurants.
