Love the Baja Chicken. It’s the only one around me now. Only complaint is the last 2 times I’ve eaten here… The sandwich is lukewarm at best. The toaster needs to slow down a bit to properly heat the sub and melt the cheese.

I mean it’s Quiznos. It’s just like any other Quiznos. If you like Quiznos, you’ll like it. If you don’t like Quiznos, you won’t.

The sandwich was way to crunchy, the inside was fine. The chocolate chip cookie was absolutely disgusting I had gas after and checked the nutrition label and it had 31 g of sugar and 390 cal it’s like a bomb of a cookie in a bad way. the server was an older woman, poor thing was older than what you would expect could hardly speak English and was extremely slow obviously this is not her fault as she is older and it takes her longer to do things but she shouldn’t be working there. I will never in my life go back to a Quiznos after this experience

I go here every week… At least once a week… The subs here are way better than subways and sals… I don’t understand why people don’t like this place… The flavors are great and the food is fresh… My only draw back is that they aren’t open Sundays… But that isn’t the end of the world…

Oh well. Not much to love about here, but it is a quick affordable lunch place. It is just a Quiznos but not a terrible one.

I must say I was rather unimpressed. The sandwiches are offered in very strange sizes, 5″ 8″ or 11″ and they are very strict to the menu. They also lack some of the staple sub toppings that I usually love at Subway or any other sub place. The sandwich I got was pretty bland besides the giant globs they put on it when I simply asked for mustard. I don’t think I’ll go back. Subway definitely trumps Quizno’s for me.

Refuses to deviate from menu at all. I asked for an Italian on flatbread, rather than their regular bread. They refuse to accommodate my request at all. They have flatbread and used to make the Italian flatbread, then called the Little Italy Sammy. I used to eat there often but will look for an alternative as most of my colleagues have.

Not sure why this one has so many bad reviews… honestly, people, it is Quiznos… you kind of know what you’re getting. :) As far as Quiznos go… nice enough… clean, pretty quick moving line for how many people were in there and only 4 people working… the people working are pleasant and working to move the line quickly. I only really get one thing, Chicken Carbonara… it is good across the board… always yummy. I think the experience was pretty good for how quick we moved through the line… so I don’t really understand all the low marks…

This place makes Subway and D’Angelo’s look like true five star options. You’ll pay more for less here, and with extra attitude. I ask for ALL the veggies and consistently get their typical handful of white, shredded lettuce and two mealy, limp tomato slices. When you push for more they might add two or three slices of pepper(not exaggerating here). The chicken noodle soup and chili are microwaved to-order each time I’ve been here, and the chicken noodle soup is so incredibly salty you can’t taste anything else. It’s all just gross. The prices are too high to justify the the terrible quality of ingredients and stingy helpings of «free» toppings Then add on a large helping of terrible attitude and communication and you get the picture. There was one nice girl working here a few months back but she’s since left. Too bad.

The food is good, but the employees there are lifeless and devoid of all joy. They’ll just kinda stand there, tussle about and when they get around to making eye contact, they just kinda grunt. Most times, I find myself asking things like, «Are you all set?» Then, I place my order. Beyond their employees and the owners who seem equally despondent, I have no complaints. They get my order right and the food tastes fresh and fulfilling. It may sound silly, but a simple smile and some coherent English truly CAN turn a mediocre visit into a great lunch experience. My two cents.

I used to come here all the time. I’m an MIT grad student, and my first semester basically went like: (1) 7AM, waking up in the morning — no lie (2) 9AM, in class (3) 4PM, after class, in the office, working on homework (4) 6PM, walking to Quizno’s for dinner (5) 6:30PM, back in the office, working on homework (6) 10PM, looking forward to the weekend I’d go at least 3 times a week. The food was decent — a tad pricey, perhaps, but the portions were large, there was a lot of meat, the sauce was loaded on in appropriate dollops, and the bread was nice and toasty. But then, this past Tuesday, my friend and I wanted to grab lunch together with the Groupon deal(pay $ 6 for two sandwiches — what a steal, right?). And when we walk in, and take out the coupon, Sonya, the Eastern European woman who owns this restaurant with her husband(I think his name is Boris?), looks at us slimily, and tells us with no amount of courtesy and, rather, quite arrogantly: «Guys, can you read that sign for me?» It said that this Quizno’s doesn’t accept the Groupon. I can deal with that. They’re not obliged to, and it’s hard to run a franchise. Fine. But you’re in the service industry, and WHODOYOUTHINKYOUARE, being arrogant to your customers? What happened to service with a smile? This isn’t just bad service, it’s completely unacceptable. I was being a little dense and didn’t interpret the sign quite correctly(I honestly thought it meant that we could pay $ 6 extra and use the coupon) — and then the two sandwich-makers, Rebecca and Garlene, give us even MORE attitude about not using the coupon. The only saving grace for Quizno’s is that the menu is still delicious. Even before this incident, Boris and Sonya have always been quite passive-aggressive at the register — they make you feel guilty for NOT buying a cookie or a drink. I will never come back here again, which is a shame, because I do love a good sub … Hmm … is it too personal naming the workers?

not a huge fan of quizno’s in general, and this is exactly what i expect from one(except that they seem to be closed at random times when you think they’d be open). the only vegan option is the veggie sandwich with no cheese, not great but ok when you’re desparate. i agree with the other reviewer who said go to mexicali next door, for the same money your food will be a million times better.

the only reason i would visit this establishment is to use up coupons i receive via email. after being denied use of a perfectly valid coupon yesterday(because they«don’t accept that one»), i will dodge quizno’s at all cost!(i walked out and went next door to mexicali — love that place!) *UPDATE* Over a year later and I have yet to return. Yes Quiznos, you lost a steady revenue stream for the one time you denied use of a coupon. I will continue to dodge Quiznos at all costs!

There are few lunch options in the area, and I still avoid this one. The subs are toasted, which is a plus. But the prices are relatively high, the service is lousy, and the food tends to be greasy and not that flavorful.

I ordered from what used to be the five dollar large menu(turkey and cheddar sub, now 5.99) and asked for ranch dressing instead of mayo on the sandwich and pepper jack cheese(after being told by the employee there was no extra charge for it). I was charged 7.99 and the owner, Sonya, was extremely rude to me and told me that my sandwich is a different sandwich because I put ranch dressing on it, so it’s now a «turkey and ranch sub». I asked why, and she just said«You have changed everything on the sandwich, so now it is a different sandwich.» She ultimately gave me my two dollars back after being extremely rude and unpleasant, and yelled at me. This is not a good place to visit. She was screaming about me on the phone afterward and yelling at the employees about me while I was in the restaurant. Completely inappropriate. Mirrors what Julia K said about the credit card transaction. Also, I found out after looking that they owned another Quiznos in Boston, which had a Hepatitis A outbreak( ). Disgusting, will not return.

Yes, Quiznos is a bit more expensive than Subway, but at least their bread has some flavor and life to it, and I’m always more satisfied by the taste and combination of flavors my sandwich. Subway’s bread is just eghh. The line moves quickly during lunchtime, and they’ve always gotten my order right. But the manager-esque guy at the register chastised me when I went back to buy a drink and paid for it by credit card. Dude! I just dropped $ 6.50 on a sandwich, and YOU chose to accept credit cards, so don’t scold me about how you have to pay fees.

I had never eaten at Quiznos, prior to today. Their commercials a couple of years ago that featured talking rodents were a huge turn-off. What the hell were they thinking using, what amounted to, singing rats? Did the marketing department not see a problem in associating rats with food? But I digress… Anyway, I was completely underwhelmed by the sandwich I got at Quiznos. My points of reference are Subway and independent delis. Compared to Subway, Quiznos is more expensive and gives you less food. They have small, medium and large. The small is, well small, the medium is smallish and the large is enough for two people(no happy medium, pun intended). The price of the medium was $ 6.40. A large at Subway right now goes for $ 5(with more inside of it). Even without this promotion, Subway is cheaper. Back to the food. If you want a simple deli-style sandwich, look elsewhere. Everything is swimming in some sort of disgusting sauce and you have to specifically say NOBACON, because apparently everyone wants bacon; who knew? Subway’s chicken breast sub is actually breasts of, what appears to be, chicken. Quiznos uses some kind of cut up pieces of chicken. Then they cover it with cheese and some nasty sauce, which I don’t recall asking for. The staff at this location are rude and their English tends to be a little bit hard to decipher. I don’t fault them for the English, but I do fault them for rudeness. Quiznos doesn’t promise healthy food and it sure as hell doesn’t deliver it. So if you’re looking to watch calories or maybe get some veggies in there, forget it. Overall, the BEST option is always a local deli, absent of that, I’d go to Subway and I won’t be returning to Quizons.

I became a fan of Quiznos tasty, toasted goodness back in Michigan, and am happy to see this shop open up near Kendall. Another sandwich joint offering a $ 10 lunch, but nothing pretentious and the service is quick. It’s a bit of a walk unless you happen to work in Technology Square, but well worth it, particularly if you want to get away from the crowds that congregate around Cosi and Sebastian’s during the lunch crunch.
