This is a review on on-line post purchase handling by customer services I purchased a mattress and a base, both of which were delivered 15 days after purchase — a little slow but they say good things come to those who wait so I practiced patience and waited The mattress was delivered with a base minus legs. This was discussed at length and legs were agreed upon at time of purchase, so why were they not delivered? I don’t know … nobody seems to be able to tell me that On line chat was completely not productive; the representative telling me «80% of customers don’t need legs» … how relevant is that to my question? after all, was I one of those 80%? no, if I were I would not be contacting them to ask where the legs were I then wrote a review on the company website stating my frustration — this was subsequently deleted by the company because it did not meet their«guidelines» This was the post : What no legs? I purchased a mattress and foundation expecting there to be logs, and this was just delivered(May 13, I purchased on April 28! thats 15 days later but thats another story) The first thing the delivery guy says when he sees my bed base, is oh there there no legs in your delivery. Hmm, dont these come as standard with the«foundation»? I remmeber talking about them with the sales person in the store and agreeing I needed them. Very frustrating! So I now have a base thats sitting on the floor … very frustrating So, I ask, did this use offensive language? no. or was the post not related to the product? another no(these are two of their review posting guidelines I had to meet. The third was the the review not being posted on the right page … hmm well I posted it along side of another reviewer also commenting about lack of legs … so that’s another no So I followed their 3 guidelines but my post was still deleted I must admit this has left me feeling more disappointed and frustrated after spending a lot of money on a mattress from a company who has won awards in customer satisfaction … I had anticipated a better class of customer care … I see now that I may have been a little naïve I’m sorry I even went down this path … Buyer please know what you’re getting yourself into
