Great lasagna, and usually good for two servings – so for like $ 7 you had two meals. Can’t beat that! Unfortunately, it closed down and is not opening back up(despite what some signage to the contrary might say). RIP Three Aces Lasagna. You were loved.

I love Three Aces, not because the food is great, although their buffalo chicken sub is pretty good, but because whenever I get it, it always hits the spot. It always seems to be just what I wanted at the time. Yeah the pizza is greasy, but the slices are big, or biggish, at least. And they offer a little discount if you’re a student, and most of the time they just kinda assume you are if you look young. I like that there’s an ATM right in there in case you need dough.

This place serves the tastiest ham & cheese sub I have ever had. The bread is warm and toasty, and the ham and cheese are delicious… I’ve never actually had anything else from here because I always get the sub. You can drink beer here, which is a plus, too.

Nothing classier than Sutter’s Home nips, a giant calzone, an ice cream sandwich, and Pacman. Not that I’ve ever had a romantical date like that, but I’ve witnessed this mating ritual among the other patrons at Three Aces. I’m talking suits and pumps coming in for this type a thing. Am I classy by association? I don’t know what’s up with all the bad reviews. although some of them are kinda old. When I get drinks in Harvard during the summer. a trip to Three Aces for the walk home is the standard. I usually get a calzone with everything. Either veggie or chicken. Large, doughy, coating, deliciousness. The guys there are always nice. The food matches the establishment. The joint looks ¾ pizza place, ¼ pub with weird wood seating. They have nips/beer as well as a small ice cream freezer with all your ice cream truck favorites. I don’t think the wait is any different than any other pizza place. I don’t know. I always get so caught up with what that Anderson Cooper guy is saying on CNN(that channel is always on). He’s so handsome. Grad school and college kids alike. flash your ID for a discount.

Oh man, I ate a lot of pizza from this place. I lived just down Everett Street and didn’t really want to walk to any places that were better when it was snowing. Or cold. Which it was most of the time I was there. Other than proximity, the food really was really not good. Greasy beyond belief – and I actually like greasy sometimes. I stopped ordering pizza with mushrooms because once they forgot to cook the mushrooms. Which ruined the whole pizza because soggy canned mushrooms are nasty. But I only discovered the error when I was back in my apartment, and the half-block of frigid air between me and Three Aces convinced me against going back to complain. And I kept ordering because I didn’t want to have to bundle up and walk on ice for blocks just to get something to fill my stomach. If you have mobility, I would certainly try eating elsewhere. There are many better options for quick eats in Harvard Square. But I imagine that as long as Harvard has a law school, and as long as the law school is placed right across the street, this place will prosper.

Do not eat here. The pizza was terrible, so was the Greek salad — wouldn’t feed it to a homeless person. The ingredients are cheap — the toppings, cheese, the crust, everything. The place should be condemned.

I used to live across the street from this place, so it was too convenient not to try. The sandwiches and pizza were okay. But they had by far the best gyros I have ever had in cambridge. Maybe that’s not saying much, but if you like gyros, and your close by, I would give them a try.

The food is cheap and tasty. Another plus, is being able to drink beer and play pacman at the same tine. There are many joints like Three aces on Mass ave, but they do not offer the same quality in terms of food and arcade games.

This place is classic for your average sub shop food, and its cheap. Oh, and they deliver. Thats the basic appeal of this place. The grilled chicken plate was pretty good. As a college student in that area, 3 aces was clutch!

The people at Three Aces are great, but the food is nothing special. Most of the food is pretty greasy, and you should stay away from the pizza if possible. It’s got a great location for Harvard Law students, especially when it gets cold out, but I wish there were most choices close by.

The video games are the best thing about Three Aces. The People are the worst. The service is slow and sometimes they won’t even bother to ask me what I want on my sub. I’ll order it toasted, wait for it to come out of the oven to tell them how I want it and the next thing I know it’s wrapped up and full of onions. As far as pizza, the sauce is flavorful but the cheese is mundane and the crust can’t pick up the slack. Finally, there is always seating but it is always uncomfortable.

VEGGIESUB! I have no idea how the rest of the food is, but the Veggie Sub is heaven. In the land of sauteed, wilted, oily, icky veggie subs(who am I kidding? Boston is the land of bad food, period!) this place stands out. Great amounts of fresh veggies. Crunchy Iceberg lettuce, lots of tomato and onion, hots out the wazoo(those hot little pickled jalapeño/peperocinis), a slice or two of good old fashioned american, and oil/vin or mayo, depending on your preference all piled into a tasty sub roll and toasted crisp in their pizza oven. It’s what a veggie sub should be! Limited delivery area though… Oh, and don’t get the buffalo wings. They’re buffalo free… just fried chick. Disappointing.

Really bad. The baklava is the only worthwhile thing here, and they order that in boxes. This is basically on the public high school cafeteria level. I can’t believe Harvard Law School students actually like this shit.

I’ve never seen anyone panhandling outside of this place, despite it’s proximity to Harvard Square, panhandling capital of the world. =) I used to work at the Harvard Law School, which is a block away, and my co-workers and I ate here with some frequency. The food is not gourmet by any means, but the sandwiches are more than passable. But it’s possibly the cheapest place you can eat in Boston and still get a beer with your meal. Also, they have a 2-person Ms. Pac-Man machine! I’d go for that alone. Try the cheeseburger plate. It takes a while for the guys behind the counter to cook it, but it’s decent and the amount of french fries you get with it is totally absurd.
