We come here all the time, it’s in a convenient spot. The gas prices are good. Sometimes the workers are slow or lazy idk. They hire new ones all the time. So you don’t really see the same faces there every time you go

This gas station is the worst. Workers are lazy and always taking their time. One time a couple asked one attendant a direction and he gave them a wrong direction. I was listening the whole time while waiting for them to serve me. Terrible.

This Hess is conveniently located off of the Ben Franklin… and the pleasantness of this review ends there.
Jersey, can you please let me just pump my own gas? Really.
Today’s conversation here:
Me: «Hi, fill with regular, cash.»
Attendant: «I need an exact amount.»
Me: «Why? I’d like a full tank; I don’t know how much exactly that will be.»
Attendant: «It’s company policy.»
Me: «…Well, what if I say an amount and it’s not that much?»
Attendant: «We’d refund your money.»
Me: «…»
Me: «Just 20, thanks.»
Attendant: «Regular isn’t working at this pump. Drive up.»
…
Big. Sigh. Just. Fill. My. Darn. Tank. With. Gas. Why. Is. That. So. Hard.
End rant. Just no. Sometimes convenience doesn’t trump all.
