Mid Coast Limo

After four emails from Peter at Mid Coast confirming availability, vehicle, price, etc. he tells me on the phone that they typically don’t go where my party needs to go in the summer months and had no recollection of our emails back and forth – and didn’t seem willing to look up the exchange in his email. After asking me what price was quoted the fog started to lift a bit and he very grudgingly agreed to go forward with the booking.
Since this reservation would still be six months from now I was worried that his less than positive attitude now would leave my party stranded when the time came around for the transfers. When I said as much, his attitude spoke volumes.
Mid Coast may provide a good service, but I will never understand why a business person would act so unprofessionally.

Took MidCoast to travel from Portland Airport up to get ferry in Rockland and later to pick up at ferry terminal & return to airport. Price is reasonable, web information clear and easy to use. Driver was there with nice spacious van.
He really knew the roads! We avoided some significant traffic which can hit Rt 1 and make making the ferry or a flight a very tense experience. Thanks to Mid Coast driver it was not only fast, but beautiful back roads with a driver (same one both ways) who really knew and loved his state. Great job.

This is a great transport service for Midcoast Maine. Our driver, Joel, was prompt and courteous. He is a safe, professional driver. He arrived on time and helped with our bags. The van was clean and comfortable. He also met us with a sign. It was so nice to be able to book and pay for this service in advance, and to be confident that this part of our trip would be smooth and pleasant.
