Very disappointed in the attitude of the owner. We visited from out of town and she was unwilling to work with us as we had gift cards and she had no openings. She kept telling us how it was our fault and we should have booked in advance. As someone who also works on clients daily, I was very disturbed by her attitude towards us as paying customers. Super unprofessional and defensive.

I would give zero stars if I could. We bought a gift card for a week in August and when we got here they had no openings. Understandable but they were unwilling to work with us for an appointment. Apparently you are supposed to book 8 months in advance! 8 months? C’mon, who books 8 months in advance. This place was unwilling to work with us after we spent well over two hundred dollars. Very bad business practices. Be very wary of this place.

My husband and I both had massages and facials that were fantastic. Very relaxing and worth every penny. If given the chance, stop in. We will certainly be back when we are in town :)

Kathi Langelier is AMAZING. After being on our boat for over a week, everything was hurting. Kathi fixed every sore muscle, while giving me one of the most relaxing massages I ever have had. She listened to my body and gave it just what it needed. If you are in the area make sure you ask for Kathi when visiting Sanctuary Day Spa in Cameden Maine.
