We rented a jet ski and they were nice enough to bring it to the nearby resort we were staying in. However things got ugly when we returned the unit. We had a minor incident with the jet ski due to the dock we were using and our inexperience. We returned the unit to to tell the owner, I think, what happen and he immediately started yelling at us and throwing his arms in the air like he was having a fit! He accused us of running it directly into the dock, which did not happen, and accused us of trying to say the unit was damaged when we got it, which we didn’t not say either. He went on and on like a crazy person in my opinion. I had to walk away after asking him why he was yelling at us and I did say he was being a jerk! Anyway, my husband said he calmed down later but it ruined our vacation and cost us $ 850.00 to repair the cosmetic damage. Yelling at customers is not good customer service and it is hard for me to imagine that we were the only people ever to damage a rental unit. I am hoping karma gets him because he made me cry!!!
