Sleep Inn & Suites Lake of the Ozarks

We arrived here after we left our other hotel because my mothers jewelry was stolen by a member of housekeeping. Long story for later. We were in town for a wedding on Sunday afternoon. The Sleep Inn staff was incredible. Checked us in quickly, they were extremely considerate of our earlier circumstances. We were taken to a beautiful, clean and immaculate room. We were able to dress and get ready for the wedding in a relaxing environment. We slept like babies and woke up refreshed and took advantage of the free continental breakfast. Which was delicious. I would most definitely use this hotel again.

Very clean! Going through a remodel so everything is updated and brand new. Friendly staff and good breakfast. 15mins from shopping/​food.

I had to stay in the area for three days. Hotel was average for the price. If you stay at this hotel, avoid rooms close to areas where smoking is allowed, like by elevator. The smell of smoke is strong. However, the hotel was clean. Breakfast had to be heated, some what on the cold side. Staff was good. Rooms were clean.

— Very clean rooms with plenty of space for spreading out.
— Beds are more on the firm side, but still comfortable.
— Our room came with a refrigerator and a microwave. Big Plus!!!
— Everything about this place seemed new, clean and solid. This did not have a cheap hotel feel.
— The breakfast is nothing to rave about. It is a simple continental breakfast with a few hot items. Great for a quick bagel before hitting the road.
— This place does have a indoor and outdoor pool; an indoor hot tub and an exerciser room (3 cardio).
— Ask for a room facing the back side of the hotel. It has a view of the forest. The front just has a view of Walmart. :(

I would come here just for the continental breakfast! It is by far the best I have had in any hotel stays that I can remember since Germany. They had yogurt, bagels, danishes, muffins, three types of cereal, oatmeal, sausage, biscuits and gravy, milk, juice, coffee and belgian waffles. I enjoyed my morning so much by being able to sit out on the deck attached to the breakfast room there and lookout over the trees in the back.
This place has an indoor pool with jacuzzi and an outdoor pool. The indoor pool was quite refreshing, not freezing. The hot tub was very warm. I love the hours 9−12am. Most pools close down at 8 – 900.
Nothing special about the rooms, that is why this place got four stars instead of five. It is your basic room. Someone had reviewed that there are fridges and microwaves in every room. This is not the case, ours did not have one.
Housekeeping comes around in the afternoon not the butt crack of dawn… was perfect :)
I would come here if in the area and if it wasn’t $ 100+ a night. I luckily was comped here for an event in the area, this price may be comparable in the area but not in my budget for just a hotel.
Great access to Fort Osage and Sunrise Beach.

The hubby and I have stayed here twice, once on our wedding night and this weekend when we went back to visit the cave where we got married. Both times we reserved a room with a 2-​person jacuzzi tub which is fun for couples and probably the best part of the room.
Overall, the hotel is clean and well-​maintained. The beds are a bit hard for my taste and their pillows aren’t great (we brought our own). There are small refrigerators and microwaves in each room. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They have a free breakfast in the morning in the lobby. I would stay here again if returning to Camdenton.

Great proximity to the highway, so tons of hobos and nightwalkers=awesome! Nice indoor pool, sauna, and conference room too! I think «cowabunga» best explains my night so far.
