I’ve a anthem blue cross medi care. Which mean I should be able to take flu shot for free. However, Dr. Hayne doesn’t take the patient who is under 18. Which they didn’t told us during phone call, maybe I sounds really old, who knows? So basically I waiting for a week and I got nothing from there. And they gave me a number to call which I need to pay $ 10. It just sad that when I have a medi care but I need to pay, so I make the decision to change my doctor. I don’t know you, but I really doesn’t like what happen to me.

Dr. Hayne seems to be in his own world. My first time at the office, he asked me if I’m on any medication. When I told him yes I have had a prescription to take«x» for my condition he cut me off and lectured me on how he will not be prescribing me the medication, even though I never asked or even implied on needing a prescription. In a way I felt like being accused of malingering for drugs. Next I needed a 10 panel drug test for my new internship. Although I emphasized on exactly what was required of me, he still managed to make a mistake and ordered the wrong test. He told me I will be notified of my results w/i 10 days. Well 10 days passed and no calls from Dr. Hayne regarding my results. I had to email them and ask for my results. This is when I realized he ordered me the wrong test so I called the office at 8:05 A. M and told them I need another test because my internship will not accept this test. I was told they will contact me soon for a new appointment. It’s been almost 36 hours and still no words. After all of this I decided to call my insurance and change my doctor. Apparently Dr. Hayne is either not professional at what he does or he just doesn’t care about his patients.

If I could give this doctor 0 stars I would. I was assigned to this doctor through my new insurance and went today for a knee injury. The office staff was fine but the wait time was almost an hour. He then came in and spent about 2 minutes with us without letting us explain anything. He told us there was absolutely nothing wrong even though I haven’t been able to walk for three weeks. He said that it would be pointless to get an x-ray or a second opinion but he shoved an x-ray paper in our face if we wanted to «waste our time» and to go to the front desk to make an appointment. We walked out in tears. It was the WORSTDOCTORSAPPOINTMENT ever and he is probably the RUDESTDOCTOR/HUMAN I have ever met. And to top it all off you can’t even understand anything he says because he talks so fast and has a very heavy accent. DONOTGOTOHIM. The office staff should be embarrassed to work for him. They should also update the office because it looks horrible.

This is absolutely the worst Doctor I have ever seen. I have Diabetes so I see an endocrinologist for treatment which is the specialist I should see and he is not. At my last appointment with him he got really upset with me and lectured me about how I should see him for my diabetes. I imagine because he wants the money. I told him I am very happy with my Diabetes Doctor and would not be seeing him for that specialty. He was very rude and unprofessional. His office subsequently sent me a letter stating that he would no longer be my Family Doctor and I would need to find a new Doctor. This guy is a quack after money only and does not care a bit about the best interest of his patients.

Not the fanciest or most modern of medical offices but despite the décor … I am always greeted with a very friendly smile at the reception desk and that in itself brightens the office and my day right up! Always am I apprehensive when I start seeing a new physician because we are after all, only seeing a doctor because we have medical needs. It is important that we are treated by a physician that actually cares. I have been Dr. Kelada’s patient for close to a year now, so I feel I have given him adequate time to offer an honest review. I could not be more pleased that he is my physician. Dr. Kelada does care. It is expressed by his mannerisms, his eyes, his words and his actions by actually paying attention to my needs and doing his best to ensure that I am a healthy patient. Never do I have a long wait, in the waiting room or in the examining room. His staff has been excellent at calling me at home to remind me of appointments, which I do need by the way. He does have one assistant that is a bit on the dry side and at first you may think she is not very friendly. She is actually very nice, just takes her awhile to warm up. She does her job well and getting the proper care is what matters the most to me.

Failed to contact me with results of a blood test. When I contacted them, they said«Oh, you’re negative.» I asked for a faxed copy of the test results. Never got them. Received my copy from the laboratory(not Dr. Kelada’s office) and discovered that the laboratory had been attempting to obtain information from Dr. Kelada’s office but got no response, so didn’t proceed with the test. This was not communicated with me and I would have never known if the lab hadn’t mailed me results as well. Dr Kelada’s office handled this very unprofessionally.
