Conveniently ordered online and was able to automatically use one of their coupons(score). Pizza was ready on time as stated. It wasn’t during a rush so not sure how they would do then, but during a slow time they delivered as promised. While the pizza was very tasty, it wasn’t what I ordered… I ordered thin crust and the crust we received on the large pizza was def regular… it stated it twice on the receipt«thin» but it wasn’t thin… And then the combo chicken is supposed to have mushrooms on it… there were no mushrooms that I could tell… and that is specifically why I order that pizza, I wanted the mushrooms… at least it was very tasty otherwise and the price was right, but hey, I want what I order Mt. Mikes, come on now!

I was really looking forward to calling in my pizza order after work tonight as I do most Mondays but tonight I was very disappointed. I called at 8:30 and the employee on the phone informed me they were already closed(as per the boss request for being slow) and were not taking orders. My business will be going to Dominoes tonight and if all goes well I will switch my regular business to there. Not mad but very disappointed.

Needed pizzas while packing and come to find out we live a few miles outside of their delivery radius! They said not to worry they were slow and would help me out! Thanks for the great service and awesome pizza!

Last minute dinner plans turned to pizza. Mountain mikes is within walking distance but we decided that were celebrating so well get it delivered. The online ordering didnt work for the store but i have no problem calling. When i did tho, the reception and capability to place an order was poor. But then again its not the businesses fault. The girl in the phone was incredibly patient, thank you. She did quote 45 mins so we had some time to go run a few errands. I got one phone call about 15 mins earlier than told(45min) but the driver left no vmail to let me kno he even stopped by and left, and he didnt answer when i called him back. This would have been a problem but im understanding and i really dont care anyways. I called the store and told the driver had left so they offered to send us fresh pizzas. That was awesome that the first thing they would to make it right was the right thing. Good place. Pizza was boooomb. Totally worth the money. Just need better communication but technology screws that up. Thanks m.m. well defiantly order again.

Good pizza for the prices. Delivery is usually fast. There’s a lot of cheese on the pizzas, so if you’re a cheese lover like I am then this is a plus, if not, then grt a pizza with many toppings. They have a pizza called Out & In, which is pretty much an In-N-Out Burger pizza, that’s to die for!!! My favorite pizza to get here. It has ground beed, lettuce, tomato, bacon, their version of spread, and cheese of course. It’s absolutely delicious.

I think one could arguably say that Mountain Mike has the best pizza of any chain. I had the Robber’s Roost, a combination of chicken, garlic, tomato, green onions, etc. I would give it an 8 out of 10. Sauce tastes fresh as does the cheese though the crust leaves a little to be desired. What brought down the score was the amount of time I had to wait for what was a pick up order. I was quoted 35 – 40 minutes and it ended up taking 55 minutes. Not acceptable. I don’t have an issue with the time it took but rather the estimate given. One would think it would be better to overestimate the time than to irritate people by being so late. Since I had time to wait, I was listening in on the phone and they were people 40 – 45 minutes. Also, I asked for one ea. on the Parmesan cheese and red pepper. The woman then mindlessly threw me 3 cheeses. A small thing that wouldn’t have mattered if I hadn’t been waiting so long. But it just seemed like another example of inattention to detail.

I love this place. Friendly, Gluten free, well priced and fun for all my kiddos. They are always welcoming and so kind to my excited children. I’m grateful for such spectacular customer service.

I have reviewed them before, and just wanted to say again how good the pizza is. 4 stars last time cause of prices. but you know what, sometimes it is just worth it to pay for a quality product, and that is what they serve. And they still have the Monday medium pepperoni deal. If you have not tried them, you need to.

I ordered a pizza, and the owner is charging 3 bucks to deliver, I am right around the corner from them… that’s greed and so inapporpriate! I am going to get the word out and there is a pizza place right across the street from him… wow, he’s a sharp business guy! LOL Also he does nothing for Veterans!

Love the pizza here! Service is so so but that’s what you get from a typical pizza place.

The fact I see good reviews astounds me. I just ordered my last pizza from them. I called to order delivery and 1 hour after I called which delivery is usually 45mins they say my card declined. Which would make sense since I used it all day and they set limits. But I get a call one hour after I place the order to find this out and not in the beginning. I could’ve pulled cash out and picked it up if I knew it was going to take 1 and a half hours! I ended up using a different card. Then when I ate the food, the increased my small order bread sticks to medium because they had that ready, probably cuz someone canceled. And it was disgusting. The bread broke up in my mouth. I couldn’t eat it. Plus 1 breadstick was missing. I would’ve called to complain but they were closed. And before, I ordered pizza and they missed a topping. And I called to let them know. And they said on my next order they’d give me a free topping. So on my next order they did. Well when I received my next order, 1 strand of a females hair was on my small order of garlic sticks. Like it was strategically placed there. It wasnt cooked in the food or even looked like it had just fallen in the box. It was placed across the bread sticks. I had to throw them out and wasn’t given A refund. I reluctantly ordered food tonight because my nephew likes their food, but I will never go there again. Not worth it. At all. Go to Walleys or Pizza Guys. Never a disappointment!

They have great specials, like the Monday special a medium pepperoni or cheese for $ 5.50. Can’t beat that. The pizza is really good too!

The good: The pizza is great. The bad: The pizza is very expensive. Add a couple salads and a few sodas and you’re looking at close to 50 bucks. The ugly: Service is a joke. Over the past 3 years I’ve been there probably 15 times and about 1 in 5 times they just flat out forget to make the pizza I just paid them 25 bucks for. I stopped going there for that reason but tonight my daughter had her end of year soccer party there. I called in my order, 1 large pizza, the day before as advised for parties. They said it would be ready at 5. I got there at 4:50, paid for the pizza and was told it would be just a few minutes. Everyone else started arriving and ordering their pizzas. Then they started getting their pizzas. At 5:30 I asked were my pizza was and after the lady at the front asked a few people in the back one of them grabbed it off the top of the oven were it had apparently been sitting for who knows how long. It was cold! They apologized, said they would make me another one and just as everyone else from the party was packing up to leave I got my pizza. I will never go back to this Mountain Mikes!

Food is always good, just wish they had better face to face customer service, I understand businesses can get busy, but at least say, «I’ll be right with you» instead of ignoring a customer until you have time for them.

I ordered a pizza for pick up and brought it home. It wasn’t cooked so I brought it back. They made me another one which again wasn’t cooked. They blamed it on the oven. I asked them to throw it back in. They brought me a burnt pizza. I got my money back and went to round table.

Very expensive pizza but it’s not bad. I don’t think it’s worth the premium price point they’ve invented though, it’s not mind-blowing amazing, it’s just decent. They do deliver to my parents’ house which is sort of far away so that’s a plus. Pictures of their menu pizzas are different than what they actually make. For example the veggie pizza shown is covered with sliced tomatoes all over. Pizza I received was mostly olives and artichokes with some diced tomatoes spread out. Extra large pizza get cut into pretty slender slices that are a little too long but you can’t have it all. Overall I’ll order from here when I want pizza and can’t get it anywhere else but a little competition in the surrounding area will change that very easily.

I’m bumpin’ Mountain Mike’s to three stars, rather than two. I dined in for their lunch buffet today — the restaurant didn’t have any vegetarian pizza and the manager prepped a personal sized one for me. The accommodation was definitely appreciated! Also, the pizza and salad bar was fresh and well stocked.

Review is for customer service. Not sure what happened this time because our first experience was great. We used a fundraiser coupon the first time and all went well. This time, no one knew about the coupon, nor was the supervisor helpful. Called in the order and told the person we had the coupon. Followed the directions on there. That’s where it all went down hill. After a bunch of questions and consulting the supervisor, the employee was unsure if the coupon could be used. We placed our order anyway. Arrived to pick up the order and the confusion continued. The employee showed the fundraiser coupons to the manager. No help there. At one point, the employee even took a photo with her cell phone to show the store manager.(I hope this issue doesn’t get passed on to another customer). She found a different coupon that could be applied to our order. Bottom line: Employees should always be aware of all coupons and discounts offered at their establishment. Never tell a customer«just bring the coupon in and we’ll see if it’ll work because we’ve never heard of it.» Shocking. This experience was totally opposite of our previous one at the same location.
