Ms Deines is by far the most qualified instructor in the area with many National and International certifications. She also is a highly successful International competitor and National Champion. If you are looking for someone that walks the walk rather than just talks, she is the one for you. Her style of teaching works well for children and adults alike and she will guide to to reaching goals you thought were unobtainable.
A side benefit of training at her Cameron Park school is guest instruction by 7th degree Black Belt Senior Master Willie Rankins whose 40+ years of experience is unmatched. Try it free for a few classes and see for yourself.
