Decided to grab a sandwich for dinner last night from here since I was working in this area. Walked in, stood in line for a minute and was helped. The guy helping me had no smile on his face. Told him that I would tell him what I wanted in the order as I didn’t want to pick one off the menu. He said that was fine. When it came time to ring up his coworker asked him what kind of a sandwich it was. He said veggie with cucumber. She started looking at the menu options to see what to ring me up for. Then she asked him if there was cheese in there and he said no cheese. I was like I do want cheese, as it was something I forgot to ask for and he didn’t even bother asking me if I wanted cheese added on. I also told him to add Ranch but he barely added any. The sandwich had no Ranch tasting on it. Not the best location I’ve been to.

My boyfriend was so excited to come to Togo’s. I’m a pescatarian so I’m always excited to try new sandwich shops with vegetarian sandwich options. We are from Nevada and don’t have one anywhere near where we live. He usually goes to one in Santa Clara but since time was not permitting we stopped at this one. I have to say, that was no way to introduce me to a new sandwich place. The only reason I’ll try Togo’s again is because my boyfriend says it’s not anything like what I ate today. Let’s start from the beginning. We walk in after our long drive, excited to eat what is supposed to be this great meal. I should have been weary when we were not greeted immediately. After 5 minutes of looking at the menu, a girl quietly mumbled a greeting at us.(There were three women behind the counter all just standing and staring at us) Fast forward to ordering.(I chose the Viva veggie sandwich, my boyfriend chose the famous pastrami) I had a couple questions about some things on the menu but after multiple hostile responses I figured this girl did not enjoy her job and I was better off ordering and finding out what came on the sandwich myself. It took her about 6 minutes to make the first sandwich which was 4 ingredients, and another 6 to get my boyfriend’s sandwich out. I figured after all that time and effort she put into the sandwiches they were going to taste amazing. Nope. As soon as I got my sandwich all my boyfriend’s hype went right out the window. I received a sandwich smothered in mayonnaise and mustard, lettuce everywhere except on the sandwich, and an uneven bread cut that made it difficult to eat. My boyfriend was missing a third of the meat they usually put in his. She didn’t even make the sandwich with all the ingredients that were supposed to come on mine which makes me wonder why it took so long? We both looked at each other and hoped it would taste better than it looked. His was not spectacular(according to him) and mine was something I could only choke down half of. All I can say is I hope the customer service, food presentation, and taste is a whole lot better in Santa Clara!!!

For the third time, my Santa Fe chicken salad had missing ingredients. All time low as it had chicken, lettuce and tortillas chips. Follow the board as it has corn, black beans, tomatoes, avocado and what was listed above. Also had to remind her of my soup since I ordered a soup and salad combo. Think I’ll drive to EDH togos from now on.

First off their was new kids working who helped me out, and that was fine we all start somewhere and haft to learn but the whole time he was helping me the manger kept saying stuff in his ear which obviously made him more nervous, I get my sandwich and it wasn’t very good at all my meat was cold and bread was hard so I took it back up I would have just got another sandwich but she was telling me nothing was wrong. And that it’s fine and argued with me, about it then I asked for my money back and she gave me attitude and said I need your receipt I go to get my receipt then she says I need the card so I get the card then it took her 10 min to refund it and gave me tons of attitude. I sat in the lobby and watched as she yelled at the worker, I then walked to the gas station with my grandmother and came back and got in the car she came up to my window and tried to talk to me after she put two and two together that I was going to write a review for here, I told her I didn’t wanna talk to her and she sat at my window for 5 min as I tried to put my seatbelt on and leave. The manger their is horrible and very unprofessional I will never go to that togos again as for that kid I am very sorry if I got you in trouble.

I love eating at Togo’s. The sandwiches and salads are usually fresh. This location is no exception. The times that I have eaten here I always get a great Asian Chicken salad-with the chicken on the side for my trusty sidekicks Pinni and Quentin. I have not been disappointed.

I will be the first to give it 5 Stars. Maybe I am too nice but look at my other reviews I can be harsh and very honest. Truth is guys this is a sandwich shop. They do fine. I called in my order and it was almost done 3 minutes later when I got there. That was great. They were nice the order was correct. What else do you honestly expect. Also as for the blender in the ice cream section it’s a milk shake sometimes it going to be loud. Honestly don’t you have a blender at home. They do offer quiet out door seating if you don’t like to be around noise. Side note ice cream is a little pricey vs the new pizza factory or rite aid who both sell larger scoops for under 2 $(about half the price)

Super sandwich… unhappy employees. We come here often and the store can be really busy which is great! We will wait for a good sandwich! But I was bummed that the employees were so unhappy. We love great customer service and are striving to improve it globally! Haha. And we love the owner, but put on a happy face no matter what and your customers will understand and be happy too!(Well most of the time)

Gotta love a Togo’s with the Baskin Robbins mixed in. Got the usual turkey & cheese today. I particularly enjoy their soft bread & provolone cheese. Hate when I get day old bread, YUCK. Today it was fresh. Service was a bit short, made me feel like she had better things to do. Hence the 4 stars.

Firstly, the service. I am never greeted by a friendly employee. Everyone who works here seems short, snobby, and too good to give good customer service. This gets old very quickly. It doesn’t seen that they listen very well. Many times I have told then what I wanted and have definitely not gotten such. For the price I pay, I should get what I want. The sandwiches used to be amazing, tasty, and never skimpy on the meat or other sandwich fillers. However, the last few times I have gone, I’ve ended up feeling like I may as well have gone to Subway and gotten a sandwich, just as skimpy, for half the price. This is disappointing as it was one main reason I go to Togos. Although it’s a nice little shop, it could be cleaner and could definitely use a little updating. The tables are tiny and set up awkwardly for a group of more than two.

Fix that obnoxious sounding blender in the ice cream area. No one could hear themselves talk. Why do your employees feel they need to unevenly distribute the meat on your sandwiches. I had a pastrami sandwich today and the first half was full of meat, but the second half none. Come on. I know the girl who fixed our sandwiches today was new, but common sense should tell you how a sandwich should be. Even the young have been eating them for a while. I have had several problems at this location, especially when the owner isn’t around.

My sandwich maker was very nice and patient. I had several questions and wanted to taste a few items. I ended up getting a turkey sandwich, nothing special. Just great customer service. It was nice that a 31 Flavors was also in the store too.

Service Self served Food Damn. The girl packed my 3 inch sandwich with meat. I got the Clubhouse, it was really nice! I got a small soup with my sandwich as well. Pretty nice place :)

Best French Mushroom & Brie soup and they make an awesome veggie sandwich… Yum. Super, friendly staff! You can phone order ahead to save time… which, although they didn’t appear busy, may have been part of the delay for the prior reviewer. These guys are always hustling.

3 people working…6 or 7 people ahead of us(my friend and me) in line… yet it took 30 minutes for us to get our food! A nice young woman was trying to help us, but she didn’t know what was on the sandwiches. She kept asking the others. I told her three times I wanted the sandwich as listed, but it didn’t matter, because she didn’t know what was listed. We were the last in line(3 or 4 people behind us left before ordering), but the other two people working there didn’t help her finish our order once they were done.
