I visited this location today. I placed my order and repeated it twice. The cashier asked me to repeat the order a third time to ensure she had the order correct. I received the order and did not check to see if it was prepared correctly due to me me repeating it 3 times. I made it home and of course the order was incorrect. I called and informed the restaurant. I was asked to come back. I declined because I was frustrated and told the them I would stop by when in the area, for the 2 pieces of chicken that was offered. After ending my conversation, I prepared to eat. The chicken was horrible. It was not seasoned and practically tasteless. I will not visit this location again. I have never experienced this at other KFCs…

This KFC is a hit or miss depending on who’s cooking and if the oil is fresh. Somedays everything is delicious, hot, and quickly given at the drive through. Other days the chicken is super greasy, the gravy is lumpy, the biscuits are dry, and the sides are put in their containers in a haphazard manner. Thank God we’ve had more hits than misses!
