Dunkin Donuts

Most people would write that this is a Dunkin Donuts (DD) so, there is nothing to describe. This DD, however, warrants a description. This is a DD which is located within a Hess Express convenience store. While many Hess Express locations may feature a DD, these are all self service facilities with coffee and donuts only.
At this location, the DD is actually full service, staffed with employees and features a full DD menu. It is quite popular and, as a result, there is high product turnover. Coffee is always fresh and I have to make a special mention of the staff. They are super. Friendly, always pleasant, and can turn your bad day into a good day. They also remember who you are and what you order after one visits a few times. I might stop here a few times each month and I am greeted with a smile and asked if I want what I usually order.
The employees have little to no control over the food variety or quality since DD now prepares all of their baked goods in a factory setting, ships them frozen to the DD stores where the stores then re-​heat or defrost the donuts, bagels etc…(which I think sucks and has destroyed DD quality baked goods) They can, however, control whether the coffee and other beverages are properly prepared. So, the combination of their beverage preparation and great service makes me happy and thankful each time I visit this DD location.
Since this DD is situated within the premises of a Hess Express Mart, there is only 1 or 2 small tables available. I always get my order to go.
