Overall experience was positive. Had the mattress and adjustable base at the house the next day after some quick changes by the Town 5 location staff. Time will tell on the quality of our mattress.

I walked in and there was an associate ready to help– no waiting. I knew the type of bed I was going to get just had to figure out which model. She asked me to name my price. I did and they accepted it. Sold! Easy peazy!

In our experience, our dealing was with supposed salesman guy named chris, When we had a problem .he had a mental melt down, and hung up on us, Now we are forced to report to ny attorney general , better business bureau, And personal lawyer if need be, business goes where invited and remains where appreciated
