Sadly I never made it to an appointment. The scheduler was arrogant. after waiting 3 months for an appointment at their most inconvenient location, I received paperwork in the mail that was certainly not patient friendly. I canceled and tried to explain why… they could care less.

Mechanicsburg, PA
I had a piece of metal in my tongue and went to see Dr. James P. Malone at AOP. He said he could get the item out. After over 2 hours in the OR he tells me it is not out. When I called to have him look at my tongue his staff could not get me in the office in a timely manner. My family doctor called and asked that I see one of the other doctors and I get a phone call from Dr. Malone’s office saying they will not see me.
Highly suggest if you need a ENT doctor do not go to them.

Goldsboro, PA
Been taking my kids to see Dr Shapiro for (combined) the last 14 years. He has done 6 sets of tubes, 2 adenoidectomys and one tube removal between my 2 sons. He is the perfect pediatric ENT… silly with the kids, kind and straight forward with parents. We have also had many visits with their Physician’s Assistant, whom my youngest refers to as «Dr Kevin»…and he is great as well. Definately recommend the practice!
