NEVER entrust Batteries & Bulbs with the repair of a cracked iPhone screen. While there are signs all over the store promoting their ability to repair damaged screens, they are unable to perform the repair in the time frame indicated and their technicians are substandard. This is obviously a secondary business for them and they treat it as such. Not only did the rep not even look at the phone for the hours that they had it, but when she final did attempt to replace the screen she further damaged the phone. No management was available in the store or by phone and the store personnel are sorely lacking in all aspects of customer service.

Don’t stop here if you are looking to replace your watch battery in your Fossil. They took one took and saw the brand and said they won’t do it. No explanation or anything. Disappointing since the Batteries Plus near my office replaced my other Fossil battery. Guess I will wait and shop there. A friendly explanation may have saved my patronage.
