My family and I had to put together a funeral relatively quickly last September when my 27-year-old brother passed away. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the arrangements of the Camp Hill location. They were basically at our beck and call the entire week planning up to the funeral. They sent us flowers, they made special trips out to the funeral home in Camp Hill to meet us, etc. The only things I was not pleased with was that there were a few mistakes in the guest book(my brother’s 2 year-old son’s name was spelled wrong, my name was spelled wrong, etc.) and I had to drive to Harrisburg to have it corrected. It was a huge pain and the woman in the office was using a type-writer to fix it(the same way she made it) and made mistakes again when she was editing it. Also the pages of these guest books only come in packs, so I think she actually wanted me to pay for an entire new pack!(what…ha ha.) Then she spelled my grandmother’s name wrong…(What a mess!). This whole problem could have been corrected if they had just typed it on a PC and had someone in our family look it over before they hit the«print» button. Also, I feel that they should have just mailed the corrected version to me instead of having me run across town. The last thing you want to do after you’ve just buried a love one is return to a funeral home. Anyway, all in all, we would definitely work with Neill’s again. Planning a funeral, for us, was an extremely traumatic experience. I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone, but Neil’s really came through for us. Nice work Neill’s and thank you!
