We entered the store and immediately saw what we needed (men’s size 13w sneakers). My husband, who is 6’5 grabbed what he wanted to try on off the top shelf. An employee (who was maybe 5’2) quickly ran over and reprimanded us for disturbing the top row of shoes. She said if we needed help that she would get a ladder.
The rude and condescending way the employee treated us caused us to turn around and walk out. There is no reason that my very tall husband shouldn’t have been able to help himself. For their service, I would give them one star. However they DID have his size which is sometimes difficult to find so I gave an extra star.
We will not be returning to this establishment.
