Sprint Store

We needed new phones in a bad way, both mine and my girlfriends phone were working poorly. We went to this Sprint store to discuss switching. After talk with the Spring rep (Michael-​had braces) and going over to check with the Verizon store we found that Sprint had the better rates. So we decided to switch services, especially after being told the phones would be deliver in 1 – 5 business days. Order date 11÷9÷14
After calling the store 2 days later we were told the that our orders would not be in for 2 – 4 weeks. The rep on the phone said he had no idea why the original rep (braces) would have said that because the phone have been on back order for awhile.
No big deal, we can wait.
Today we are told our order is in, my girlfriend gets her phone this afternoon and I go after work. When I get there it turns out that they don’t have my phone. It’s on back order. That’s when I confronted braces and his manager about lying to us to get order the phone. They claim that the phones were not on back order when we first placed the order, and that back order switches from day to day. So I ask if I order a phone tomorrow and the phone pops up off back order I can get it in 1 – 5 business days. They said yes. Could you imagine if I found out someone got their phone this week if they ordered it Monday. They persisted with the lie. I left pretty pissed out.
After, I called Sprint and they confirmed that the rep knew it would be on back order.
This store will lie to you to get your business.
We would have probably purchased the phones even with the wait, but being lied to bothers me to no end. Then they lied again to back up their first lie.
And the kicker, the phone color I ordered will actually take up to 2 – 4 more weeks.
One positive, Sprint customer service said they will refund some of our first bill. I am supposed to call when we get our first bill.
I will update that this time.

had to go back to Sprint a second time. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it immediately. These guys have it all over T-​mobile.
