I loooove their Chai Latte. Paul(owner) was very welcoming and their pastries were yummy. It was very relaxing watching and listening to the Jazz band while enjoying my cup of tea. My friends and I ended buying several loose tea like Moroccan Mint, Honey Bush, Sweet Ginger, Chamomile, etc. We will definitely come back.

I want to say that I’m a coffee person and I’m really picky about my coffee. This place has by far the best coffee I have ever had. The owner Paul had explained to me in detail how why and how much hard work is put in making it to be that good. Not only do they make their own coffee and have their own brand. The kind of water and the water purification process that has to go down to make the water that is used for this coffee to be perfect tasting. I have really never had coffee that smooth with no bitterness in it. I want to say that I was extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised at how good the coffee was. If you want to support a local business that meets the highest levels of standards in making their coffee then this is the place to be. In addition to the coffee this place hosts local artists musicians and has poetry reading sessions. Incredible family environment and amazing atmosphere to be in. I recommend to the owner expanding as small town chain only. More small towns in America need places like this.

So I have no actual complaints about this place in regards to food or coffee, but today the owner spoke to me about myself and some other students that were there. Nice enough guy, but he basically told me that me and other student should be «courteous» and move on when«it’s busy.» I did not just buy a coffee and sit there either, I obviously realize they are a mom and pop type business and got a sandwich, a pastry, and a few cups of coffee throughout the course of the day and my friends did likewise(I would always spend money when I was there in my previous visits too). I know he is trying to make a living and a profit, but its a coffee shop, a considerable portion of its business is going to be students. Anyways I relayed his message to the other students and he is going to lose a few loyal customers to big chain starbucks, which is a shame because I actually liked this place, but I came here specifically to study.

Love this little shop. Great coffee and great food. Today I enjoyed an arugula, egg, bacon and chive cream cheese on a toasted sour dough bread. Tangy and delish, the egg just a little runny and perfect. Fun spot for coffee and a snack!

Noble is a must go if you are in the area. Their coffees /lattes /food /dessert… Everything– is perfect. Want your drink with soy? Just ask! I love going there and always have to purchase at least a pound of my favorite flavored whole bean coffee — roasted right there! It’s a perfect little café to catch up with friends. My only suggestion… Big comfy chairs!!!

Came here in search of a good study spot. All I can say is that atmosphere is AMAZING. Hardwood floors, warm lighting, great temperature, quiet, great soft music. Coffee is great, and good prices. Only $ 2 for a medium café au lait! Great place to study, have conversation, or hangout!

My husband and I first met almost 6 years ago and he is from nearby Goshen. He moved to Nashville and we live there now, but every time we come back to NY it’s tradition to visit Noble Coffee Roasters. We used to visit every morning before our trips into the city via the Campbell Hall station, but now we drive over just for the coffee when we’re in town! They always have delicious coffee drinks and a display of gorgeous muffins, pastries, and cookies. I’ve always wanted to try one of those, but every time without fail I get a bagel, toasted with cream cheese. There’s just something about their warm NY bagels with ample cream cheese already applied when it’s served to you. So good! They don’t do it like this in TN :) this place is consistently delicious year after year!

This place is fabulous. Coffees are varied and delicious. Baked items to die for. Ambiance is wonderful. Music on weekend evenings makes for a nice coffee house atmosphere. I’m reluctant to post this because it means even more people will come. Oh, once it cools down, home made soups supplement the lunch menu. This place is like a potato chip, you can’t go just once.

One of the cutest coffee shops in the area. They have a very nice outdoor patio with tables that you can sit and socialize. They have both tea and coffee I don’t drink coffee but I heard that the coffee here is pretty good. You cannot get a breakfast sandwich here. What day do you have our fresh made bagels and a lot of pastries and donuts. The staff here is very friendly. They also will deliver to local businesses in the area. Overall. This is a great coffee shop I recommend this place

I wish you could give half stars because I would definitely give them a 3.5 if I could. That being said I have always been a fan of Noble’s coffee itself. Not only are their coffees delicious, a lot of their concoctions are as well. The desserts are even better than their coffee. They have a great selection of desserts and I have yet to be even remotely disappointed by any of them. I only have two bones to pick with them starting with the prices. I can’t remember if they were always a little overpriced or if in the past few months things are getting a little out of hand. Spending $ 10 on a couple of coffee drinks is excessive. The second issue is that the customer service has really declined in the past couple of months. The service is less than friendly and quite often, it seems as though you are bothering them by placing your order. Also, I lied there is one more bone to pick. If you sit outside be careful as there is usually garbage piling up.

Great coffee and atmosphere! The cashier was really sweet and I even saw her take a minute to explain to a customer exactly how to make coffee with a french press. Good coffee! I believe they do some roasting in the back, as the building is a huge warehouse, and I saw some equipment through a window. There is a peaceful and well-trellised(is that a word???) little outdoor sitting area that’s covered in pretty wisteria-like flowers and vines. Add a little sun and a light breeze, and you’ve got a wonderful spot to sit and sip while going on Tumblr *cough* I mean pondering the meaning of life while referencing the works of Hume and Descartes… Overall, solid coffee, solid interior, smashing logo(love it love it love it), and interesting find in the middle of a bunch of farm fields in upstate New York.

Really great coffee and good seating… can find a spot for private conversation, which isn’t always the case at a lot of coffee shops. Definitely a new study spot for me. It’s tucked away on some back roads in a warehouse-looking building, and it’s really nice inside.

I found a gem! Since my move to ‘upstate’ new york, I have not been able to find a local coffee shop. The only coffee shop close to me is Starbucks fifteen minutes away. This place has everything I want in a coffee shop. 1. Coffee: I have not been drinking regular coffee for about nine months, so I can only review their decaf. If you are a decaf drinker, you know that decaf lacks flavor. And their decaf is no exception. But it is not as bitter or acidic as other decaf tends to be. They don’t do iced americano. Weird, because they have hot americano… can’t you just add ice and water to an espresso shot? 2. Pastry: a good selection. I am allergic to nuts, so i couldn’t try their biscotti(which i really wanted to) — but i had their linzer cookie. I really like the cookie — buttery and tart. The filling in the middle(strawberry jam, it tasted like) was just enough to offset the buttery cookie. It was a good balance. 3. Service: there was an older lady who greeted me with a big smile and who was very nice throughout. There was a younger lady who didn’t smile much — it wasn’t too crowded and has enough tables to accommodate their lunch crowd. 4. Food: looks great. I will have to try paninis at a later visit. There were a few business-looking people sharing lunch, and a few tables with women who seemed to be catching up with their friends. 5. Wifi/Outlets: yup, free wifi — and thus far, pretty stable. there are a few outlets. This will be my new ‘spot’ to study. I missed places like this. 4 miles from home. Perfect.

Finally got to go here off the reccommendation of a friend. I got an iced coffee a flavor shot of kahlua w/room for cream. And something they call a spinach pita. for a total of about $ 5. From what I could see, they had decent prices. I dont live close to the area but I would definitely go back. the place is in an industrial looking building, but the inside is very cute and spacious, they have pastries on display and a very large coffee/tea menu. the girl that assisted me was very friendly/good customer service– the line was a little long but they seem to move pretty quickly and they take debit cards(always a plus in my book)!

Their Kenyan AA coffee is my favorite coffee in the world. It runs 12.95 a pound. Very reasonably priced. The décor is cool, with enameled coffee bean tables and counter. You can tell they pay attention to details and have rotating artists paintings in the wall. Some of which are good, others are not so good. Delicious pastries and little sandwiches. The carrot slaw is way too sweet for me though. Prices a touch high in the food but you get what you pay for. A very nice local place to have lunch with a friend or family. First time there owner gave me a free coffee, good service! Very clean.

Cool spot, great coffee, friendly employees. Unfortunately, the bathroom wasn’t working on the Thursday ‘Open Mic’ I went to. That’s just unacceptable.

Great aura. Thursday nights open mic poetry night. Cool night out. The desserts are delicious! I probably had everything on the display. The staff is friendly and the hours are good. The coolest part is that they MAKE their own coffee. They distribute to local businesses. You may be drinking their coffee at a gas station or restaurant and no even realize it. Great place. Period.
