Terrible customer service! Impossible to contact them by phone and they don’t reply to email!

These folks really need a refresher course in customer service. They have fouled up my e-mail and the situation has been continuing for a few days. They have disabled most means of contact available through their Website and, calling the company for technical assistance, you get stonewalled with having to leave a voice mail. Can’t hang in to speak to a rep. If this is what they think of me, I’ll be reciprocating when the account comes up for renewal.
