Bella James

I fell in love with this place. Being fairly new to the area, I was very pleased with Bella James. The prices are a bit high for some things but they did have very cute items that were reasonably priced. The customer service was amazing, in fact it is the reason I would go back again. I had my kids with me and they had a place in the back to keep them occupied while I shopped.

Went to Bella James this past week again, and had another great experience.
Friendly, smiling salesperson, who actually *listened* to my want list and put items in my dressing room I would consider trying on/​buying, suggestions on other items, and more good quality merchandise for reasonable prices.
I was delighted to purchase a trendy aqua military style coat for fall for $ 98 — a bargain considering this coat would cost $ 250 elsewhere.

I had some problems with this place… I loved everything in it!
My first time in this store and I had to force myself to stop looking because everything I picked up I wanted!
Emma, the friendly sales woman that helped me, was very kind and actually use to work at Nordstrom. The owner of the store also worked at Nordstrom according to Emma. It would then be obvious why a lot of the brands that they carry are similar to what Nordstrom would carry. This can be tricky, because you don’t want to compete with a large chain like Nordstrom. If you are like me, and support small businesses, you will check this place out before going to Nordstrom.
This is why: Most small business owners will know what the large chain buyers will choose and try to stay away from the same merchandise. They will choose the more unique pieces if possible. Because they are a small business they more than likely will only carry so many sizes of each piece. So if you really like it, you better buy it because won’t stay in the store for long!
Support your small business and check this place out! Wonderful fall women’s clothing!
If you are between the ages of 30 – 50’s you will like the sophisticated taste of this shop!
I also want to add that 2 weeks later I recieved a THANK YOU card in the mail from Emma and she even remembered what I purchased hoping that I am enjoying each piece! Now that’s what I call Customer Service!

The clothes are super cute whether for an evening out or a day at work. Clothing is a little pricey but you are supporting a local business so I’m willing to pay a little extra. The staff is always great at helping to pick out a cute outfit or even encouraging you to try on something you wouldn’t typically select.

I stop in this store from time while strolling through our downtown.
I generally find their prices a little too high for me.
Although, they have sales quite often, and you can occasionally find a great deal.
I got lucky and found a pair of Sevens for… drumroll…$ 77, (with tax.)
I didn’t really NEED another pair of jeans, but these were such a great deal, I kind of couldn’t pass them up. They also fit better than a lot of my other jeans, (aside from needing to be shortened.)
Since i was a little unsure about my purchase, the woman working there wrote on my receipt that I had 48 hours to return them, (normally all sale items are final sales.)
I appreciated this, but noticed that their normal return policy is only 7 days. That seems pretty crummy for a full price item. Especially when most places give you at least 30 days.
While no one has ever been rude to me here, I have noticed the staff isn’t as warm and friendly as they are at other stores downtown.
(I.E. Bombshell, Dutchess, Therapy, Ayla.)
I do like a lot of their clothes, so I’ll continue to stop in from time to time:)

I so want to love this place but I have a hard time.
Ultra cute women’s clothing/​accessories store in downtown Campbell. Since I live in Campbell, I’m glad they are here because it really helps build up the downtown area.

However, the clothes are just okay. They seem like there is only one size of certain items and most of the time, they are out of the size I want. The clothes are extremely over-​priced for the quality. Only the designer jeans are priced similarly with Nordstrom’s designer jeans.
They have a large selection of jeans but I ended up getting designer jeans at Nordstrom because of the customer service is superior there and I can get my jeans altered there. PLUS, the jeans that fit me were on sale at Nordy’s and not here.
I really, really want to love and shop at this place frequently but I always walk out empty handed. I’m hoping they bring prices down or at least have decent end of season sales.

I ‘ve been in here a few times now and can’t leave without finding something I have to have! They carry these burnout tees/​tanks by Alternative that I really like. There have been different girls working there every time I’ve been and the two brunettes are REALLY great! Nice and helpful=perfect! I particularly love their Toggelz jewelry but haven’t been able to splurge on it yet :(
Bella James rocks! Can’t wait to check out the WG location too!

The first part is that this business is involved in the community and there is the upcoming anniversary.
one thing about being a good business is participation in community events even on raining nights.
Two brave souls participated in the Follow Your Heart First Friday event and had great spirit despite the rain.
I still can’t fit into their size 4 jeans but I do like the nail polish and rings.
oh and great flips for the spring…

Noticed this store while shopping at the farmers market. Popped in and walked around a bit and NO ONE greeted me at all! No eye contact, no hello or anything and the store was pretty much empty as it had just opened. Pretty rude considering there was a girl at the front desk. Not going to return to this store, expect better customer service in Campbell.

Love this store and was excited to see they opened up a second location! Great selection of trendy clothes from casual to going out wear. They carry some of my favorite brands for casual clothes — Free People, Michael Stars, Joe’s Jeans, Hudson, BCBG. I went in just to browse and found a sweater I just had to have (even though it was 90 degrees out!). Service is great at both locations. They had a play area with toys in back — so my son was happy playing away while I could shop to my heart’s content — nice touch!
