Sleazy and disgusting. Even after the remodel. Had some clothes stolen and the woman wouldn’t do a thing. She wouldn’t even get off the phone to talk to me about it. Avoid at all costs there’s a better one on Hamilton.

I highly recommend this place to wash and fold your laundry. While not advertised as a service I have found that they are prompt, do a great job for a reasonable price and have been enthusiastically friendly.

So we’ve been coming here more as it’s the cleanest and the closest, but every time I come here, it’s extremely stressful and uncomfortable. I came here tonight with my 9 month old baby and I was by myself with there large loads of clothing, and a stroller full of my and her things. The lady that was working tonight has always been rude to my family and as I’ve seen, others too. Today was like nothing I’ve seen from this woman. I come in, with all of the stuff and it’s difficult to push a stroller at the same time as you do one of the laundry carts and this employee sits at the table up front, chatting it up with her friend. So I go to the way other end of this crowded place and do my laundry over there.
At this point, I’m just annoyed. She’s always in the way. But she didn’t even work. Usually when I’m here, they have the news or some other educational show on, but nope, tonight while she did massive amounts of her own laundry, taking up the machines I needed, her husband and two friends were all chatting it up and watching novelas. what was worse was there were kids there and I’m positive that these parents don’t want their kids watching that considering it’s nothing but soft porn in Spanish. Totally the wrong place to be watching that.
When will this lady get fired? She seriously makes me feel so uncomfortable and awkward while I’m there.

I’ll never come here again. I’ll find a new laundromat… I started 4 washers on Perm Press Warm (as I normally do here), but once they were almost full I realized the water was cold. The man next to me said his were the same but he decided to just use them on cold. I approached the worker who was sitting at one of the tables eating lunch (her usual position). It took me two attempts to get her attention, and she seemed annoyed to be bothered. I told her the issue. She stayed sitting and simply said that permanent press is cold water. I said that it should be warm (hence the «Perm Press Warm» label on the button), and she seemed more annoyed to have to get up. She felt the water and said that’s warm. I disagreed, so she said she’d call her boss. Ok. He then wanted to speak to me so I went to speak with him on the phone. He said warm/​hot water is never really needed to wash anything and implied that he does customers a favor by paying a bill for hot water. Really?!! He said he’d refund me only if I run the machines again. How would that resolve the issue?! I said fine. The lady continued to have attitude. I confided all this in the man next to me. He said this place has gone extremely downhill since owners changed. I just decided to wash everything on cold. Needless to say, you’ll never see me here again. Horrible customer service!

I was stoked to find this place. They have to s of machines ranging from regular to mega washers and dryers. It was very clean. The owner is a very nice woman that also runs a laundry service if you don’t want to come to the laundry mat yourself.
