Dave is great! I hired Capital Property Management as my property manager almost two years ago when I moved out of state, and it has been smooth sailing ever sense. He has promptly handled any issues that have arisen, most recently having to do with my HOA, and he has definitely been a great help to me. I have no worries at all about my property, I know it is in good hands, and I highly recommend Capital Property Management to anyone who is looking!

Poor communicator. Receptionist attempted to assist me as much as possible. ;) When I left messages for Dave he did not return them. I left multiple messages. However, when I called about him scheduling for showing the property he returned my call in less than two minutes. I’m guessing he doesn’t care. I would not recommend him as a property manager. Your clients will be unhappy with his lack of communication.
