Not what you would expect from a cigar shop in San Jose. Truly unfortunate and lacks customer service desire, tried to sell a two bit cigar for ten bucks. So for you cigar smoking folks, move on

i been going there since they reopen. they have really good prices and customer service. i think its the lowest price around the area.

the stout indian proprietor doesn’t smoke. no wonder they carry 20 smokes of varying lengths from the same manufacturer. robusto (5.95) was mild and not what i was looking for.
