Horrible sales tactics, they send a smooth talker to sell you on the services and when it came down to the actual service we where snubbed twice, and didn’t call that they weren’t going to show up.
I too had a subcontractor that spoke barely any English and didn’t do anything I had discussed with the sales rep. on top of that I get charged and they hound me for my payment even when they were aware of my dissatisfaction.
a promised discounted wasn’t invoiced as well
just shady all around
recently I got my hood check for repairs (which was promised by clean vent to take a look and never did) and they took pictures of the blower on the roof and it was broken and still gritty and grimy. horrible ! Wastes of my time and money.
