Denise Tarasuk, ND

Dr. Tarasuk is a very kind and patient doctor, who truly cares about what you’re suffering. The problem cited by another reviewer (with the receptionist) is because the building is one of those with a central reception area for many different kinds of businesses. The line she was transferred to goes to Tiki, the office manager for Dr. T. Tiki is very helpful and efficient. The phone system issue, I believe, can be overcome because you don’t have to push 2 to leave a message. If you wait a bit, you get the beep anyway. Dr. Tarasuk has really helped me with my physical issues with several diseases that are chronic.

I would love to see this Dr. She sounds like everything I’m looking for. However calling in to make an appointment is a nightmare! The receptionist Tasha was so very rude. I asked her about rates and she was short with me and just transferred me to another line for the office manager. I think ok she is rude but if I get to deal with someone else then that would be great. So I listen to the announcement and it says to leave a message press 2, when I do so it says that I did not leave a message. Well of course not is just said to press 2 to leave a message. Uggh… frustrated so I called back trying to explain my situation and she was so impatient, without even listening to me, cuts me off to tell me she has a bunch of people on the phone. I don’t care if she has fifty people on hold, you don’t have to be rude just because you are busy. I feel sorry for her really. She is having a very bad day but unfortunately for the Dr. she is loosing customers, me, my family and all of my customers, in the meantime. Too bad…
Maybe the Dr. could help Tasha with stress management and customer service. Customer service is lacking here and I would be afraid to use the services of this Dr. if I have to deal with Tasha all the time. Hopefully I just caught her on a bad day.

We adore Dr. Tarasuk and her staff. She is very kind, knowledgeable and experienced. She also does a great job of not overwhelming the patient and going at the pace they are comfortable. Awesome with spectrum kiddos!
