I was a Comcast customer for 10 years and will NEVER go back! It was scary at first, the change but it went smooth. After dealing with horrible customer service with the other company and all the surprise fees Dishnet has been extremely affordable and WONDERFUL customer service with NO hidden fees. Elia and his wife Lila helped with everything and made the signing up to the installation hassle and pain free. There are no surprise fees, the bill is exactly what was quoted. I don’t know why we didn’t do the switch sooner. Thank you Elia and Lila for everything!

I never thought I’d say this, but DishNet Direct is making me, and the rest of our building, miss Comcast. My wife was dissatisfied with the professionalism of the installer, and I’ve been severely disappointed by the poor resolution of the video on demand. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, but even they were unable to get the problem solved. At our building’s annual meeting, two residents raised the issue of DishNet’s poor service and outages, and the rest of the owners seemed to agree. The only positive comment was from a member of our Board of Directors, who said that there had been some progress in fixing some of the outages.
