Wow! Wow! Wow! This girl is a hidden gem! I have had many Brazilian waxes in the past, but never as smooth and perfect as this. In the past whenever I have gotten waxed it feels smooth, but I still have to go over it with a razor to get hairs that were left behind and to achieve a super-​smooth feel. Suzette got every last hair by the root, I got NOTHING left down there, lol.
Upon walking in I had three ingrown hairs– she put some sort of magic potion (that only she is licensed to carry) on them and they literally healed over night.
I can’t believe I didn’t find her years ago she is amazing!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can’t speak to the quality of their work since I just drove 1 and a half hours to not have an appointment. Apparently, some time late last night the lady left me a message saying they were not able to honor my voucher I bought through Living Social, and that they we’re trying to have the promotion taken down. Ok, but when I made my appointment (via text message, which I have a copy of) I started that I had purchased the Living Social promotion, and at no point was there a response that this was not valid. But, since I was already here I asked if I could just pay regular price for the treatment that I had booked, but she said that they already had another appointment booked at the same time. I will not be returning here due to their very poor consumer service and lack of organization.

Just had my third facial with Suzette, and I am so pleased with the health and texture of my skin! When Suzette advertises that she will spend an hour on your facial, she truly means that she will stay in the room with you for sixty minutes, whereas in all my previous experiences, the aesthetician came and went leaving me alone to steam or soak or harden or whatever. Suzette uses those times to thoroughly massage and moisturize my shoulders, upper arms, neck, and décolletage. With Suzette, I truly feel that my individual face and my individual skin needs are getting attention and treatment. Finally, Suzette’s prices are completely reasonable. I’m hooked!
