Daniel of Dynamic Movement Solutions is absolutely amazing! I can’t say enough great things about him. I’ve been working with Daniel for the past 2 months and the amount of knowledge this guy has is outstanding. I came to him with a history of 16 years of dance and wanted to get my flexibility back. Beyond that I just saw what he was capable of doing through YouTube and I was very impressed. Usually a person with that skill set and strength tend to come off as a little too edgy for me– but Daniel is probably one of the most compassionate people I’ve met in my life! That says something, and honestly that quality is hard to find in the fitness industry. Daniels method of training is challenging but I feel confident along the way. He has created an amazing method to bring back mobility and flexibility to any body looking to move better in their bodies. The basic exercises looked so easy but honestly — whenever I get on the mat and try them for the first time I find it really challenging(in a good way)! My brain is saying«damn girl whateva you got this» and my body is saying«wow how did he make that look so easy!!» I didnt really know the who’s — who in this movement world but once I started training with Daniel the more I was intrigued. This man has worked under so many amazing teachers– he was a student of Ido Portal, Steve Atlas of the body practice and also GMB(Gold Medal Bodies). The amount of knowledge this guy has absorbed makes his training effective and also one of a kind. One thing I love is I’m able to work out in the privacy of my own home or come to his home gym. He’s located in Campbell– and his gym is basically converted in the whole front of the house. There’s stahl bars to hang from that are mounted on the wall, an area where the mat is to do stretches and mobility, a hard wood floor to do locomotion and movement and a wall that’s dedicated to handstands! I will be able to kick up one day– it’s my goal haha. With service like this, and having a compassionate trainer, along with all the things he does for the community(free meet ups once a month in a park, teaches at an awesome studio I just reviewed) I’m blown away by how humble this guy is. Honestly — if you want a personal experience and transform your body in a non-abrasive manner, I super highly recommend Daniel. This guy is top of the crop!

Working with a trainer can be intimidating — a guy covered in muscles yelling at you to pick up something heavy can make us mortals feel bad about our(lack of) physical fitness. Daniel Spencer isn’t like that — yet he’s incredibly strong, amazingly flexible and very knowledgeable about physical fitness. I took Daniel’s rings & floor classes, a type of physical fitness practice I had no idea I would enjoy until I had the opportunity to work with Daniel. He made our hour-long workouts feel more like play, even though they were exhausting and we were building strength and flexibility the whole time. He always started with a great stretching regimen, then varied our activities in each class, introducing new skills and coming back to ones he had taught us previously. We all saw our coordination and strength build, and would occasionally have breakthroughs and find ourselves suddenly able to do things we couldn’t just the previous week. Daniel was encouraging and excited for all of us every time. Daniel loves what he does and is good at it. He’s exactly the kind of trainer you want to work with: Approachable, knowledgeable and makes working out fun.
