French Nails

I was looking for a nearby nail salon since I just moved here and everything here is either really busy or closed on my way home a passed by French nails to give a last shot… Ms. Pham welcomed my mom and I and did a great job on us it was excellent service in under an hour and a half .we left really Happy now this is going to be our go to place

I happen to come across this nail salon by accident but I’m glad i did! My tech, Stephanie, is so sweet and she did an amazing job on my pedi along with the lengthy massage. I came on an early afternoon on a Thursday and it was nice to be the only customer in there… it was more relaxing. $ 20 pedi and $ 25 shellac, both more expensive than what I can find else where but the sweetness of my tech is what will make me come back in the future.
Place is a bit hidden but plenty of parking. Lots of great OPI polishes to choose from!

Pedicure was nice. It could have lasted a little longer since I paid $ 35. The salon smelled really bad because one of ladies prepared food when the place was empty. The weird smell made things much less enjoyable.

I live very close to here and decided to check this place out, so glad I did! I just walked in around 3pm for a full set and pedicure. Stephanie was so nice and attentive! I was the only one there (which at first made me concerned) but I’m so pleased and in love with my nails I will be coming back and telling all my friends!
P. S. for my fellow germaphobes this salon is very clean believe me I watched!

I was a loyal client here for 4 years! I absolutely LOVED my nails. Stephanie is the only one who is licensed. The other woman who works there is not a licensed nail tech. They are not ever busy. I always loved going here because Stephanie knew exactly how I liked my nails.
This all changed recently. i went to get a full set last Saturday with my friend. She was getting a pedicure and we were supposed to have the same appointment time. I was running a few minutes late so I called Stephanie. She said it was no problem. I was 15 minutes late and walked in to see her just starting on another client who DID NOT have an appointment. My friend’s pedicure had already started. Needless to say I sat with my friend the entire time while Stephanie did the other client’s nails.
When she was finally done she called me over and started on my nails. Now my friend had to sit with me while my nails were being done. This was incredibly inconvenient because we were going to dinner afterwards and the whole point of an appointment at the same time was to be done at the same time.
She put my nails on very quickly and hastily. She seemed to just want to leave for the day. The other lady had already left. She finished my nails and they looked ok so I tipped her well and left.
By Monday my whole left hand’s nails were already lifting! I called her that day and told her. She wouldn’t be back in till Wednesday. I was going to try and go in but other things came up and I couldn’t make it in till Friday.
On Friday I went in and showed her my nails. She tried to make it seem like my nails weren’t even lifting or messed up. She filed them down around the cuticle and then just put more gel on. She didn’t even fix them. They looked horrible. I told her I would take them off myself because I didn’t like that she didn’t fix them. She got very defensive and started asking me what I wanted her to do. She starting raising her voice and getting an attitude. I got very upset and went out to my car. After calming down I went back in and told her that I thought she should fix them because they had only been on two days before they started lifting. She said it was a week later and that she would not do that. This is where started actually YELLING at me. She said «Leave them on and they last another week.» I told her that paying full price for two days of nails was unacceptable and that I wanted a refund. She told me she would not refund my money because she did her job.
I am completely done with this place and with Stephanie. She is completely unprofessional. I cannot believe she treated me that badly after 4 years of being loyal to her salon. I have always tipped her well and have referred many clients to her.
I do have to agree with other Unilocalers when they say the salon is not very clean. She is the only one who really works there so I don’t think she cares about the cleanliness. No doubt she will be closed down soon if she keeps treating people this way.

The salon is not very nice looking so that can throw you off. This is so close to my office building I had to try it. Besides the décor being out of date the pedicure was a great deal for how much went with it. They have pedicures that range from $ 20-​$ 35. I got the deluxe pedicure for $ 35 and it was well worth it. You get a hot wax treatment, hot stone, scented oil, and scrub. The majority of your pedicure is the extras and the great massage that comes with it.
Stephanie is the owner and she is very nice. Also I know this may seem wrong to say but they talk to you in clear English, and they don’t side chatter in another language. That always made me uncomfortable at other places because I feel like they are talking about me. Anyways, it is a great deal if you can get past it looking dumpy.
Utensils, towels, and chairs are all clean with a great deal. If they updated the place and made it look nicer it would have gotten a 5.

(That’s after I was turned down at Hollywood Nails, where I called ahead of time and my place was given to a walk in after I was 7min late! Not going back there!)
So, the lady was very friendly and welcoming. The water was great temp. Very quite and relaxing location. The place is decent: not dirty, not modern either. Nice clean, simple relaxing place. They could have had some music going… Nail colors are well organized.
SUPER LONG AND WONDERFUL FOOT MASSAGE!
The place is right across Denny’s and easy to park. I will be back! $ 20 is a DEAL!

Would NOT come here again. Went here for a mani/​pedi with the sister and it wasn’t a very good service:
–my nail polish chipped the next day
–paraffin wax and hot stones were on FIRE… way too hot… made the experience painful
–It was freezing so that made for an unpleasant experience
–salon just looked dirty, not nice at all.
The lady that worked on my sister was nice and she spoke to us, but the lady that worked on me looked grumpy and didn’t say a word!

Tammy did my pedicure and I was impressed. I have been a lot of places and this was a pleasant surprise. I had their pedicure with the works. I loved the scrub and the parrifin wax. Tammy didpped my feet in the parrifin wax which was in a plastic bag, wrapped it up and locked in the moisture. When I was done my feet were extra soft. She took the time to work on the calluses on the bottom of my feet and heels. Most other places paid little attention to this. It also included a hot stone massage which I was concerned about because I have had a few and they actually hurt me. Tammy knew what she was doing, so the stone massage was perfect. Everything was on target. It is a simple establishment without a lot of fluff, but Tammy and Stephanie know what they are doing. I apprciate their attention to detail during my pedicure. Had a bit of change of heart. Definitely call ahead if you want to get something done at this place. I went back with a girlfriend who initially had work done at this establishment. We went at 3pm on a Tuesday afternoon. When we got to the front door we saw one of the manicurist was sleeping on the floor in a sleeping bag. She was fast asleep at the entrance with her back turned to us. The other person was sitting on the message chair with her shoes stepping in the water bath receptacle. She didn’t even bother to look up from her iPod when we were standing there. We were very turned off by this and didn’t bother to wake anyone up to give us a mani/​pedi or bother the other young lady and take her away from her music. They did a good job the first time and I was really disappointed to stop by and see this. I don’t think I will ever return un-​announced.

I have been going to French Nails for about 5 years. In fact, my mom and daughters go as well. Stephanie and Tammy pay close attention to detail and make sure you are completely satisfied before you walk out the door. If you are not satisfied, they will fix it until you are. French Nails is the only nail salon that gets the job done the way I like it done.

Went here to get a manicure and ending up getting a gel filling also. Stephanie, the lady that worked with me, had many different boxes of fake nails to choose from. I ending up picking plain white nails. She filed my nails, applied the fake nails, and cut them to a medium length. It was my first time doing a gel filling so it was very cool to watch her apply the gel to my nails with a brush!
After she was done, she painted very pretty flowers on my nails. She told me not to put flowers on all 10 nails since my nails would look too ‘busy’, so she only put flowers on 2 of my nails each hand. The ring and thumb nails. It looked very elegant and pretty.
After, I did an eyebrow and upper lip waxing. It was also my fist time waxing so I was scared. Surprisingly, it didn’t hurt. Shape came out nice, and was very clean.
I recommend this place 100%. You must def. go here!

I came back here a month later and the service was horrible… :(The lady cut the skin on my cuticles because she wasn’t paying attention and barely apologized… She was very friendly to the new person that came in but a lot ruder to me than the first time. Apparently they were just trying to rope new people in and once they do, they show their true colors. When my nail chipped as it was drying she simply put more polish on it making it look all weird and bumpy. All of nails chipped within a week. I would not recommend coming here!

This is a great reasonable place for a pedicure. They use natural salts as a scrub and lemon as a natural astringent for your feet. You can relax in their comfortable message chairs while they place warm towels on your legs before giving you a 15 – 20 minute leg message. This is a hidden gem in Campbell ask for Stephanie the Owner she won’t slack.
