Judy Hamilton

Updating my review of Judy. She helped me out with my refinance earlier this year.
I asked her all kind of questions about how the refinancing is done, and she didn’t hesitate to explain it all to me. I like dealing with Judy because she doesn’t BS as if she’s just trying to sell you something. She knows her stuff and can explain it to inquisitive minds like myself. She watched the rates like a hawk, and when a good one came by, she pounced on it. I’m really happy with the rate I got, and there were no snags along the way.

Judy has shown herself to be very professional and well adept at Marketing her services. She has been very pleasing to work with and I would recommend her services to anyone looking for a true professional. Lending is a relationship business and Judy has shown to me that she is interested in creating relationships for life. I love people that really care about their profession, work ethic and desire to go the extra mile. Thank you Judy!

If you want your home loan approved, then you want Judy!
No joke. Nowadays lenders are extremely selective on what type of buyers they grant loan approvals to. Lenders require more documentation, demand more information. And that means on top of providing your loan officer with all of your bank statements, payment stubs, and social security number for credit check, and tax returns, you may also need to provide your rental property info (income, lease, property mgt. contact), downpayment gift letter from relative, letters explaining unpaid balances on credit cards, HUD1 doc on second home, bank deposit/​transfer receipts, blood type, favorite pet, hobbies… just kidding on the last three…
…But my point is, with all the information that is being uploaded to your loan officer, you don’t want «Joe Shmoe Loan Officer that’s only doing this as a side job and only cares about the commission» processing all that sensitive and meticulous information for you.
Judy processed an FHA loan for me and if you don’t know already, FHA loans are another animal and not all loan officers have successful experience processing FHA loans. After picking out my condo mid-​February when the loan approval began, my loan was approved before end of March. Yippee!
My realtor, Nathan Nahouraii (I have a review for him too!), referred Judy to me. Both of them have been a blessing. Judy provided Nathan and I a pre-​approval letter within one week to go home shopping with!
Judy is very attentive and we communicated almost everyday throughout the whole loan approval. During the last two weeks before closing, she gave me daily updates and kept me informed on every detail! I have a very busy schedule, so there was rarely any need for me to babysit and ask for status.
Judy was also present at signing with the title company to help me understand the very large and intimidating stack of papers. She found a couple mistakes the title company made and it was corrected on the spot. If she wasn’t there, my documents would have been processed incorrectly and I would have had to come in again… after signing my hand off, hell no was I going to do that!
Let me make it easier for you. Don’t go to your local BofA or Wells Fargo and try to have their loan officer process your loan. I tried that with BofA in Milpitas and I spoke to a nice lady there for about an hour and she said to give her a call or email any time if I had any questions and yup, I had questions and she never got back to me. Judy will make it easier for you and get your loan approved. It’s hard enough trying to find the perfect house, so why make it harder on yourself worrying about your loan.
I am now a proud owner of a new condo!
