James has been a terrific resource for us. We recently moved into a 1950’s ranch in the South Bay, which needed all sorts of help. James has been able to tackle many issues for us in a timely, professional, high-​quality manner. We found him through his father’s termite business – James came in to fix some damage done to the subfloors and walls.
Since then James has also helped with cleaning out the attic, demolishing the old shelves in the garage, painting, texturing walls. He also converted an old rickety french door into a proper window, which required doing stucco and wallboard, and he even updated some electrical outlets. He has installed light fixtures, drapery hardware and medicine cabinets, among other things. He’s multi-​talented.
James is courteous, reasonably-​priced and gets the job done. Chances are, you’ll hire him for one thing and when you realize what a nice job he can do, you’ll trust him with five more jobs.
