Best customer service I’ve ever had from an Insurance company! Two thumbs up!
I just recently bought my first car, and needed full coverage AND affordable insurance ASAP. Because I also recently got my license in 2014, quotes everywhere for me was at least $ 325 or higher per month (including other factors)! This was a very stressful process when I was insurance shopping because I was looking for one within my budget so I am sure I can make my monthly payments.
Mark Chapman and Carina Rodriguez delivered!!! They carefully and slowly explained every step of the process and the plan I was buying is A LOT CHEAPER than what other insurances was quoting. They tailored my insurance plan and was able to get me the best deal I can afford — which made this first time car and insurance buyer VERY HAPPY :)
Carina helped me every step of the process and explained every detail on my insurance plan — she put me on the Safe Drivers Program which rewards safe driving. After the whole process, Mark also explained my insurance plan and they both put more effort to try to help me refinance my car at a lower cost! They take customer service to the next level, and I felt like I was treated like an important family member. Their service was not at all pushy like other sales agents.
I will definitely recommend my family and friends to these dynamic duo! Simply put, Mark Chapman and Carina Rodriguez define Customer Service. I moved my policy over to their office when a colleague of mine introduced me to Mark at the Saratoga Classic Car festival. Previously, my policy was being handled by people I had never met and only spoke to me over the phone. Call me old-​fashioned, but I like to be able to put a face on the representative that is handing my insurance for my personal property.
Not only has he and his incredible assistant Carina Rodriguez been more than accommodating to work with, but they REALLY helped work out the most ideal coverage for my newly purchased vehicle. Not only did they take the time to thoroughly explain EVERYTHING, but the rates ended up being lower than when my previous broker was handing it. All that bundled with the added peace-​of-​mind knowing that my policy is being managed by people who care!
Recently, I referred a long time friend of mine to Carina Rodriguez with my assurance that she would set her up with a great policy at a very reasonable rate. True to fashion, I heard back from my friend with praises about how easy it was to work with Carina and how happy she is with the whole process.

I called to add in extra car into my policy thinking my payments were going to raise up more higher BUT when I called and spoke with Kathi Tran she was able to help me NOT only lower my payments but added on my car with NO downpayment … So you can BELIEVE me how happy I was. Mark has been my insurance agent for 20 years since I was a young adult. He has taken great care of me over the last 20 years as my needs change over time. We have recently done a few claims with this office. My company does fire and water restoration. I see many insurance offices who pay no mind once their insured has a claim. Not this one. Eva and Mark were right on top of the customer from the drop of the hat. If you ever wonder what is the point of having a quality insurance company rather than some cheap online place, Mark Chapmans office is a perfect example. Service. You have a problem with your home, they dont just file a claim. They follow up and make sure you are taken care of. they truly care about their book of business which is why I reccommend them to my friends.

We decided to go with Mark’s office after getting several quotes, the prices were very competitive but what really made the difference was customer service. Eva walked through every step with us, dealt directly with the escrow company and made getting home insurance on our first house easy and one less stress. Mark also gave us a book for childcare when he saw that we were expecting our first baby in a few months. I highly recommend this office!

No question about it, Mark is an insurance Agent that you want in your corner! There’s plenty of sharks out there whom only care about selling you one of their company’s policies but don’t actually take the time to assess your personal situation … Mark is not one of those insurance reps. He’s taken the time and asked me pertinent questions so I feel confident that he knows what he’s trying to protect. He’s also been in the industry for 20+ years so is experienced and knowledgeable, things I look for in an insurance Agent. Working with Mark and his friendly staff has been great for me!
