Met Michael very randomly. Let’s just say we rolled up on each other. He’s a very amicable person. Just recently he helped us get our first home. Have to say thank you to Michael and his team for making my hard work throughout the years worthwhile.

As a real estate agent, it is crucial for me to have mortgage brokers who I can trust to do what they say they can do and be absolutely communicative in all they are doing. Mike and his assistants are there when you need them, answer the phone even in non-​business hours and have made me feel my clients are their priority. Not all mortgage brokers are alike! I feel very confident in referring my clients to him for their loan needs.

Buying a house can be rather stressful, especially here in the Bay Area. As a result, you want to make sure you are working with people who are going to help make that process run as smooth as possible. Michael and his team were a pleasure to work with. Very professional, responsive, and patient. As a first time home buyer, I had plenty of questions. Michael and his Loan Coordinator, Cole made sure to clear things up for me over the phone and explain things thoroughly for me. At the same time, they knew how to get the ball rolling given I had a short time to close off on all my contingencies. Michael and his team have my recommendation.

I am so honored to write this note for our advisor, loan broker, and now our good friend. I remember he gave up too much for us to be able to get the loan. If it’s not Michael, we will not even think we could keep our home. We did a lot of work on our house and it has beautiful yard with my well cared flowers. We defenitely love to keep it. Michael has creative ways to make your loan work even it is very complicated situation. My hubby and I really liked Michael’s personality since the first time we met. He is very friendly and easy to talk to. If you have complicated loan situations, Michael will be your guy to work with.
