I have been training with Lea since January 2015. She is by far the best trainier that I have ever had. She knows what’s up! I’m a full time working mother so you can imagine my time is super limited. Lea is also a mother and she understands how hard it is for people like me to make time for myself. My goals were to work out with Lea 3x a week and do my cardio on my off days. I cannot tell you how refreshing it is to have a trainer that doesn’t stick you on cardio machines during sessions. Lea keeps my workouts challenging and is always pushing me to the next level. I never lifted heavy before and now I am OBSESSED with weights because of Lea. She always has a way to keep things fresh and interesting. Oh, and she knows how to read me REALLY well. If I am tired or a bit down, she knows it without me even saying a word. If you want an intelligent, well educated trainer, Lea is your girl! Eat clean, do your part, and she will help you reach your goals. She’s also a title holding powerlifter! Yep! She rocks!

Lea is an amazing trainer! I’ve been working with her for almost 2 years now. I’m a volleyball player and athletic person, but have had several sports-related injuries and surgeries. When I started seeing Lea, I was struggling to find things that I could do in the gym with my injuries — I felt like giving up on trying to work out and was getting out of shape. I wasn’t even sure what a trainer could do with me. Lea was great — she was really positive and enthusiastic about training me. She has amazed me with how creative she gets with my workouts. She puts a lot of thought into the workouts and overall fitness program she creates for me(including home workouts for when I’m working out on my own). She’s also really good about coming up with alternative exercises on the fly if something isn’t working for me. She’s very encouraging and I look forward to our sessions. I know she’s going to work me really hard and get me to push myself to improve my performance. I’ve made so much progress! I’m now doing reverse lunges, which I didn’t even think were possible with my knee problems. I’m deadlifting more weight than I imagined I could. My arms have gotten really toned and my doctor was very impressed because my shoulder has gotten stronger despite two surgical repairs(he said«you must have a really good trainer»). I couldn’t be happier with Lea!

Having never been to a personal trainer before, I did my homework, talked to multiple trainers, set up times to do trial sessions with them, etc. After my first meeting with Lea, I just felt very comfortable. Three months later, meeting her 3 days I week, I do not think that I could have made a better decision. I have always had poor posture. While not the main reason for training, the fact that Lea specializes in posture correction was certainly appealing to me. She has accounted for any fatigue that could come from my posture issues and my bad knees, and she has developed a program that is both challenging and that I also look forward to each time. To wake up and look forward to our session that day is a great feeling. Within just a few sessions, I began to notice a difference in my posture and also feel stronger. That has continued throughout the past few months. Lea makes sure each session is tailored to you, pushes you while not making you feel weak or insecure, and really has helped me look forward to strengthening myself in a way that I never felt before. Give her a ring; she truly is a gem and a rockstar!
