Paint-Up Painting

I can’t believe that this company doesn’t have more reviews. We were lucky enough to get Frank’s number through a couple we meet in a park. They told us how great he was, and meticulous in his work. Our house was in a bad state when he painted it, and the outcome was more than we ever expected. On one-​side of the house, you could see lines, there were cracks in the stucco, and it had been patched up and looked like the house was about to fall apart into pieces. Even after the first application of stucco, you could still see it. Well, because we didn’t want to see it, he stuccoed over it about five times at his own expense to make sure we were completely satisfied. You can’t even tell now that it once looked so poorly before they painted it.
Not only that, I had spent a lot of time looking at colors, getting sample, and painting them around the house. I had settled on some colors. When he saw the colors I selected, he told me to trust him because my house would end up pink, and he asked me, «Do you really want a pink house?» Well, of course not.
I had seen the same house we own around the block, and I liked it. He then, drove around with us, to show us some houses he had painted in the area. The house that I mentioned was one of the houses he had painted. His eye for color made such a difference in the outcome of our house’s appearance. I will be forever thankful for his advice. I believe that if we had hired anyone else, they would have just painted our home the color I had selected. I would have been stuck with an eye sore for years, and every time I would drive up to our home, I probably would have cried. I have had people knock on my door asking for our painter’s name. People compliment it all the time. It completely changed our house, and made it amazingly beautiful, and modern looking.
He was amazing! He even helped us with finding someone to fix our fence. They power washed our long backyard retaining wall, and all the cement around our home. Everything looked brand new when he was done. I had a lot of free standing paints around the house, and he made sure that they were protected, and moved them back to where they were to begin with.
We painted our home in 2012, and it still looks amazing, and we always get compliments from people we don’t even know who notice that it is our home adjacent to the park. I have had people say, «We always look at your house, and say what a beautiful color of that home.» I love seeing it as I drive down our street, on my way home. Because of the paint job, our home is the nicest looking one on our block. Before, it was the worse one.
Several people on our block have had their homes painted, and the colors are terrible, or dull.
I need to contact him again to paint the inside of our home because they did such a great job, and I want his advice again on the interior colors to select. Thank goodness we talked to that couple who by chance gave us his number!!! I wish I could supply pictures of it before and after, you would be amazed at the transformation.
