I called to cancel our wasted monthly membership for my husband, daughter, and I… I was told I have to go there in order to do so. What prompted me to call them was my credit card number had changed and they sent me a letter to call and update them for payment. I thought, «well we have not been there in almost a year so now would be a great time to cancel since it is costing us 34 dollars per month». NO such luck — they will update my credt card as well as take my money over the phone but will not let me cancel.
