I would like to address the 5 star review that was posted. We pay our rent on time if not early and always keep the common grounds clean as a whistle. I would love to mention the laundry room situation you are so «passionate» about(see below). First off since you don’t live here anymore, should anyone believe what you have to say? Since you have no reviews on Unilocal other than to respond to mine, should anyone believe this is a real review? Should we also believe that only after my REAL review of this terrible place went up that your«5 star» review shows up? I think all the Unilocalers including myself can see what is going on with this situation. So the laundry situation. First off about two weeks ago the laundry room flooded for about four or five hours. That’s right our precious drought water was oozing out the drain all the way through the parking lot and down the city streets. The water rapidly shot out the floor drain had a foul smell to it as well. Only after those 4 – 5 hours did the water get turned off and the laundry room was shut down for 2 or 3 days. Before that we were plagued with crack heads looting the soda machine and laundry machine. They would break the quarter taker and be «fishing for quarters“at all odd times of the night. Again shutting down the laundry machines. It wasn’t only till one of my neighbors caught the thieves(not the landlord) by calling the cops that the problem went away. Also speaking about water issues. Should we talk about how the landlord took the hose away from us so that we couldn’t wash our cars? Rumor has it that she doesn’t want to get fined from the city for wasting water. Kind of confusing when her son washes his brand new Lexus once a week in the same spot that the hose was… HMMM. Another fishy move you say? WEAGREE. Just to prove the«grounds so clean» point. She has balloons flying ever day on the sign. At one point the balloons detached from the sign and went up in the tree. Instead of taking them down from about 7 feet up, she lets them hang and die and give you all a great first impression. See the for rent sign? Someone tagged on it. Instead of replacing a $ 2 sign she glues paper over the tag. All the arrows are pointing to the answers my friends. The choice is yours. I do agree with one thing… The pricing was right when you probably lived here… BUTITAINTNOMORE. ASKAROUND. We are all getting screwed. Some worse than others.
