Scuba Pool Repair

Scuba Pool Repair did a very poor job, the patches they put are very lumpy. I asked repeatedly to fix it and at first they promise to do so. 4 weeks later — no fix.

We had a totally positive experience with Scuba Pool Repair — The repair crew was outstanding. Efficient, thorough, professional, cordial — and a pleasure to have them come to our home. Communication with the front office was also easy and responses by email and phone were prompt and polite. Definitely a 5 star company all around.
We have an old pool which had a 9′ long fissure that had been previously repaired — but was now found to be leaking. Scuba Pool Repair was recommended to us by the manager of our weekly pool service company. He had seen many pool repairs over the years and knew this company’s repairs were top of the line. I agree. The care and diligence this crew displayed was most impressive. The re-​plastering after the repair was seamless. Pool looks perfect and no sign of the old ugly repair remains.
We give them our highest recommendation. If we could give 10 stars, we would!

I called to setup an appointment for someone to come out and take a look at a couple of cracks in our pool benches.
They failed to show after confirming earlier that day that they’re still coming. They finally showed up the following day, took a look at the pool and said they would send an estimate in the next couple of days.
It’s now been over 3 weeks since they came out and it’s impossible to get a hold of them. I sent them an email, left a voicemail each week, and still no response. I decided to go with a different company, since I can’t imagine how they treat paying customers if they can’t return a simple call/​email.

Was going back and forth between draining the pool to fix a rust patch and looking at underwater repair. While the underwater repair was more expensive but after looking at the effort and cost of chemicals, water and of course effort to restabilize the pool, it suddenly didn’t seem out of line. So, gave Linh a call and was setup for the following week. They did a great job, brought their own pump and filter to vacuum up the debris, and little over an hour later, after they cleaned up, we were standing around the pool trying to see the patch :). Now, patches are never going to be an exact match for the older plaster, but this was pretty close. Overall, great job!

Had broken main drain cover replaced by Scuba Pool Repair today.
They showed up on time, did their job quickly and efficiently, and left after cleaning up after themselves.
Technicians were friendly and professional, pleasure to deal with. Excellent service! Highly recommend.

Our homeowners association has a 40-​plus-​year-​old pool that is ending its life expectancy. Since we were closing in on swim season and weren’t ready to break ground on a new pool, we had to have some repairs made that would be best handled underwater to lessen the risk of the old pool cracking. (To make matters more complicated the pool facility is located on a hillside.) I spoke with Linh Le numerous times to get the work order established with what we needed (and what the health dept. required). Linh is an absolute jewel! Always professional and helpful — he was fantastic to work with. And when the technicians arrived (when they said they would!) to do the work, it was obvious they were dedicated professionals, too. I actually enjoyed watching them work underwater and learning more about the process. At one time one of the senior technicians arrived to see how the job was going and to learn whether he needed to help. (He did not; everything was under control)
We’ve all had horror-​story experiences with contractors who don’t show up, do a crummy job or leave huge messes behind — none of that happened with Scuba. They took care of the work and have allowed our pool to open for one more swim season.
I wish other companies had the same high standards as Scuba. I can’t recommend them more highly.

We have a small below ground spa which has been leaking for a few years. Initially, we had American Leak Detection come out to find out where the leak was. After paying their bill, they had no idea where the leak was. Fast forward to a month ago: I found Scuba Pool Repair on Unilocal.Their technician found where a number of leaks were and repaired them. We are very happy to have found this great company with people who do excellent and professional work. Linh is very helpful too!

The worksmanship we recieved from Scuba Pool Repair was worth a five star rating. Bernie and Dan were very professional and courteous. They showed pride in the high quality work that was done, all the way through clean up. They were very respectful of the surroundings, careful not to disturb anything in our yard. All of this and we NEVER HAD TO DRAIN OUR POOL! Job well done.

I haven’t been this happy with a company for a very long time. My husband and I have remodeled many houses and landscaped many yards over the years and so know good workers when we see them. Drew and Alex were very professional, friendly and hard working. They took pride in their workmanship and did a great job. We had a crack in our pool that seemed daunting to us, but they dealt with quite easily.
The office staff was very communicative about when the workers would be coming to the house and advised us if they were stuck on a previous job.
