I was a little disappointed that this parking lot fills up so fast. I did come during dinner time, but I went to the top and down and did not find a single spot! I was able to park on the street a few blocks back but man did I not expect a parking garage to be so full.

San Jose, CA
Second Street Garage is the reason why Downtown Campbell is more accessible than Downtown San Jose. Its free parking and there is plenty of space available. Its also easily accessible from Civic Center Drive or Second Street. Best place to park if you want to avoid the heat or rain.
