What kind of joke is this freaking shop slabsides?
My sons bike has been there for three freaking months and they keep it on the back burner making excuses why its never ready! !! How many months is it going to take to repair one freaking bike! !!! And to top it off they got the freaking $ 7000 dollor check three months ago! !
And the freaking people say they can’t release the bike to us
Good shop? Yeah right!

I’ve been to many shops in my 63 years Bruce and his staff are honest and know what they are talking about I live 350 miles away and still bring my 2012 HD to slap sides I feel the best shop I’ve Ben in.

Took my bike here twice and had a great experience both times. Bruce took care of all my concerns in a timely manor and had bike back on the road in no time.

Bruce and his team are knowledgeable, HONEST and sincerely care about their customers. When my baby, custom 2000 FXSTD, has to go to the shop, Slabside is the ONLY place for her.

Best place to get parts or service on your H.D. Bruce is a hands on owner.

Bruce is very knowledgeable on old and new Harleys. they keep a good selection of parts (always have what I needed) and give good advice, no hard selling. If there was something he had little or no experience with, he would say that and tell me what he has heard. He also has built record holding drag bikes as testament to his abilities. One of the best shops anywhere.

Slabside is the most customer focused motorcycle shop I have ever experienced. When I first came in, I was greeted with a Welcome from Margret (Executive Administrator) and Bruce (The Owner). I asked him several questions about adding accessories, service, and other items related to my bike, a 2007 Harley Davidson Ultra Classic. I wanted to have an UltraCool oil cooler installed. Bruce and Kevin (their Master Technician/​Mechanic) told me they didn’t know much about them but encouraged me to research it further and they would install it for me. I did purchase one, Kevin did an expert job of installing it (Bruce really liked the cooler and is now a dealer for it), and also did a 20,000 mile service. Now I know when I am being pressured to buy something… not here. I had some suspension, lighting and other issues. Kevin and Bruce gave me great, honest advice, which I followed. I now have a superior ride, no lighting issues… heck, I even have new grips that are fantastic. All you have to do is drop by sometime and you will see many expensive (I mean really expensive custom jobs) lined up for Bruce and Kevin to work on. Every other day when I visit, I see different bikes… it is like a daily bike show (I actually stop by to see the bikes). If you are looking for a honest, fairly priced, old school (no fancy showroom or frills) motorcycle shop, I highly recommend Slabside!

These guys are always booked up, If things don’t change, I have a good mind to take my bike to a shop that’s not even half as good as this one. Maybe!

Excellent service and quality of work. Highly recommended. Even gave me a ride home/​picked me up when I was having work done.
Sometimes too laid back — should have upsold me on lines in the fuel tank on my older bike while changing out another part. Very friendly people.
