Bought a rifle brand new looks beautiful took it out to shoot shoot twice and nothing again called and sent it back was told it was a bad upper and that they are sorry it happened and it was very rare so I Sent it back was told I get my shipping cost returned not the case they told me it was my fault. I just bought it the gun had coating on lower coming off I was told it was from the dust door opening the gun had two shots in it wow the coating must be very cheap also the quad rail was damaged by b22 when I got it home I sent It and clip bottom was bent the charging handle we found out later after shoot got destroyed from two runs bcuz the upper was not milled right and the charging handle was bent the scratches were unbelievable I own 5 other ar15 with 1000ths of rounds throw them and charging handles on them hardly show any wear at all buyer beware it’s a huge deal to get it fixed and you will be told it your fault they made a defected part guess we all have to make more money some how just ripping off your customers isn’t one plus Helen is very rude to deal with don’t call they say you get a live person at first yeah I did after nope 3 voice mails and no returned calls many emails for a week no return emails can’t tell me no one checks emails also I was told it didn’t get delivered on the 19th when it was and signed by colton at there front desk they make up all kinds of things and you call them one there lies and they make no comment
